It takes 2 days to make something that solid and beautiful. You did an amazing job with the rendering. Though I feel concerned that it took 2 hours to render it. Of course I have not reached that part in my classes. I've yet to grasp the rendering portion of Maya.

And you used a Mac. They're designed for this kind of thing, high end graphics.

Need help, accidentaly i hide all the panels from autodesk maya,like the tools, timeline, everything.

i dont know how to bring all of them back, could you help me with that ?

Got the same problem today, lol. This is how to fix it:

1. Go to Window at the top

2. Go to Settings/Preferences

3. Go to Preferences

4. Go to Edit at the top and press Restore Default Settings

5. Save, Done

i aint giving links as i said befor but you could download the trial then goto rapid library and search "maya 2009 crack" then you will get some results just be carfull if you download the wrong one you have to wait another 15 mins

Blender is free, and it's great. It can do about everything Maya can do. Just google it.

Cheetah3D is even more simple. It's only on Mac though.

I know what you mean; Blender is different to anything else, but once you get hold of its logic it's quite easy. By the way, Maya is not a stroll in the park either. People should try Blender; specially now that Autodesk discontinued its Personal Learning Experience (PLE) version.

ja igen nekem is teszik csak ha elolvasod az információt, háát szerintem nem először csinálja, és még így is 2 napjába tellett. A renderidő 2 óra, szerintem egy jó gépe is van hozzá.

This is made in Mac OSX tiger...And rendered out to .tiff files. From there it is put togheter to the final video.

I rendered it out to .tiff files. From there you can use whatever kind of videoediting program to make a video out of it. Hope this helps

There's no "free" verion, but Autodesk do have a learningedition. It's fully funcional, but will watermark your renders. It's good for learning...but it's a little boring not getting your renders without the watermarks.

The camra movement is jerky, did you use keyfraims, if so try to blend them more. it looks ok on a small screen but not when it gets enlarged.

i tried maya once and i thought it was hard. you might want to look up Lightwave 3D. i think it is pretty easy to use and their are some tutorials

The idea for the mount comes from a mount i spotted in the applestore. I dont have them yet :)So i dont know the name of the real mount, sorry. I use normal mounts for my monitors in the real world. Thanks for asking!
