  • I challenged a "Cross Fitter" to this today since I just saw this video 3-4 hours ago. He got to 70 before he died out @ 7 minutes! This was a "Cross Fit Certified" instructor. Hmm.We had fun, he was a bit pissed.

Keep it up and pls continue to share because many of us trainers simply want good solid routines that kick ass and that 100 burpee one? IT DELIVERS for those who are S E R I O U S!

  • Those are "Real Burpees". Without the push up it's a modified burpee also hard. But if you're looking to do a REAL burpee this version is the ONLY REAL burpee. But then you have 4 point and 8 point burpees and they suck even more. Burpees with Bunjee cords and or TRX cords suck even more than those. Hands down the best ALL AROUND cardio body weight exercise you can do. And he does it in 5:19? FREAKIN OUTSTANDING!

  • I like to jump in 180s and 360s sometimes to make it harder

  • The work out is the best for cardio. The level changing is perfect to hit all the major muscle groups in the body too. 30 is not a bad number buddy, Good work!

  • I consider myself pretty fit but I've never done burpees before so I decided to try it out. I knew I wouldnt be able to do 100 but I thought maybe I can do 50 at the most. Boy, was I fucking wrong. I only did 30 and I felt like death! This has to be good for cardio too right because my lungs felt like it was on fire! I hate this exercise but will continue to use this as my bonus workout

  • Legs shoulder width apart. The higher the better. Reach up high also. This make the exercise hit the explosive muscle fibers!

  • should I jump as high as a I can. also do my legs need to be as wide as yours. also do I need to full extend my hands to the roof.
