I just went to San Francisco for the first time and had no idea the Bart excisted. We got off at Oakland airport and took the station by the stadium over to the Civic Center, that automated voice that announces the trains arrivals still freaks me out. What a fun city SanFran was, I miss it a lot.
Bart is much faster than muni. i went to the front of the train for bart and muni, and observe the speed reader. they both seemed to go the same speed. but alot of people said that bart is faster than muni.i like how the train for bart departure. thanks for putting uo this video
I've been to San Francisico once, and i took bart out of SFO. The train systems nice, but when the trains are cruising down the tunnels, the screech from the old system are HELL!!!
I've been to that station on April 19 of this year (the day after the 101st anniversary of the 1906 quake). I took the BART Yellow Line (SF/Daly City-Pittsburg/Bay Point) both days (to Civic Center on April 18 and to Powell Street from Walnut Creek).
I wish BART had K5LA's that aren't that loud.
