Simple fact is that many people's 'self' is nervous and apprehensive and socially inadept. Being themselves does not help them.
What is your 'self'? Self exists underneath learned patterns and behaviors. What you do is not 'you'. What you appear is not 'you'. Don't be yourself, be your *best self*.
Try new patterns and behaviors and practice them till they are natural. Basically, we take it back to the schoolyard, and re-socialize.

This guy is a fraud. I'm a girl and just read the game. I don't think Style was right on everything, but he always chronicled his mistakes as well as that of others.
I bet he doesn't even acknowledge that he got his system from Mystery. It's easy to copy someone else and make up new sh!t and say its yours. It's hard to be original, Mystery wasn't trying to be anyone but his CRAZY self.

So, if you want to know the history better, you better watch Mystery on "The Pick up Artist" (VH1, or download it) and you'll see how he can be weird.

Your totally wrong. First of all, most people who were in the book, said Tyler was nowhere near as bad as neil made him out to be.
Not to mention, these days, a few years after the book; Tyler is one of the main people who are pushing the PUA envelope, where as TMM is still teaching the same old stuff.
Most the big name PUA's who have met Tyler said he's an awesome guy, and his skills speak volumes actually.
