In the Move List, there's different sections for horizontal attacks, special attacks, etc. I believe he showed each move in each move bracket. Some moves appear in more than one bracket, which is probably why we see some duplicated moves.

it's an infinite fighting game stage, a lot of fighting games, especially back when (prevalent in tekken)

would simply have an infinite stage and have an image texture rapping around where you move around, so there are no walls and you can keep on moving if you want

He is so simple to use compared to the one from tekken 6, in honesty scary just scary simple..... well I'm very glad they didn't nerf moves from the tekken version because of the SC series not having a left and right kick. But they did a good job making him, wish they had more brave edge combos for him though, but i exicted they incorporated him in the universe, and I hope to see him in more installments of Soul Calibur!
