Acid is this FM-Ian created by humans I think if I remember correctly. Acid and his operator Ace turn into a boss you have to fight twice called AcidAce.(He's a good guy though.)

nope. the character is named after the constellation, "Lyra" and in japan, they called the character "Harp" (which may be the name of Lyra in Japan, not sure) thus, when Lyra and Sonia transforme din japan, it became Harp Note, and this was carreid over to America instead of being called Lyra Note

I can't quite remember but I'm pretty sure lyra replaced entei (fire), omega replaced swampert so he's ground/water, ophiuca is charizard (fire/flying) and libra is blastoise (water)
