Food names in America: Biscuits are not Scones here. A Scone is a Scone, I believe the same as yours. Biscuits are not cookies in America, either. A Biscuit is similar in use to a dinner roll, but delicate, light fluffy on the inside, crusty on the outside bready, like your picture. Tim Tams can be found as Arnott's Original cookies, here. In 2001 national promotions failed with the Tim Tam named Double Trouble. I know I would prefer the name Tim Tam.
