@ErickBeastPlayer It's because it is easier to get a more supportive sound when holding the flute straight, especially for beginners. Not all professionals hold them at an angle. If you would notice, they professional flutists keep their heads angled parallel to the flute mouth piece. This parallel is the same of that if the flute were held straight. Beginners, however, especially need to hold their flutes straight because they need every bit of help for a fuller tone as possible.It is funny. (:

Words cannot describe how beautiful this is. The timpani part is perfectly arranged and the rolls only help build the suspense to the most dramatic parts. And the high notes (especially high F#) come out so wonderfully!

a bit more control on the scale runs and it just need s to flow a bit better it just sounds a bit stop start in the middle great sound and intonation some g alto s and c bass and contras would balance it as well very well played .I play in flute band in northern ireland only videos on youtube are kellswater and carluke

Maybe you don't understand it, but a flute is an instrument and with instruments you can make music.
Most of the people don't stick their instrument in their but: they make music with it!!
