I tried this yesterday! I think I followed the recipe very closely, but maybe I didn't put enough yeast in or something. My naans came out a little stiff and the dough did not rise at all in 10 hours. :( the flavor was very good though, so I will definitely try again.

I have tried these today , num num yum yum :3 , very easy very nice. Is it possible to make theese naan as you did it on the previous one? I mean using this recipe (naan II) and the final stage where you let the bottom of naan make brown on the pan and then grill it oven the last few minutes like in (naan I)?
Despite me being honest with you and telling that the pastry brush you are using to put the butter on your Naan’s are mostly made out of Boar’s (Wild Pig) Bristle (prickly hair of an animal) you are still using it. I just wanted to share this as a lot of people don’t know this and kept using it without any prior realisation.
Hope you wouldn’t mind me pointing this out again.

means making chapaties with yeast, wait till 80 years of age, jab sab ke daant gir jate hain to yeast wali rotiyan he khani perteen hain. jab tak dant hain theek se rotiyan bana ker khao, aur enjoy karo :)
