  • atleast this naan is nice rounded. so much for the shapeless naans ...i mean presentation is important factor in cooking. still i didn't find the naan im looking for. in my country we have delicious naan dn't knw where to get dat recipe....its round and like fluffy bread.

  • bajia apki nann ki recipe ne to dhoom macha di hai....pehle koi bhi aisi cheez jiske sath mere mian sajab naan khana pasand karte hain banane se pehle sochti thi...kiun ke yahan pe naan 1pound ke sirf 2 milte hain aur main abhi nayi ayi hon to mujhe paise convert karne ki bemari bht hai...to uski waja se ye sochti thi ke pakistani 70 rs ka aik naan...lekin ab to itne naan banati hon ke dil bhar ke khate hain sab...thank u very much

  • I tried this yesterday! I think I followed the recipe very closely, but maybe I didn't put enough yeast in or something. My naans came out a little stiff and the dough did not rise at all in 10 hours. :( the flavor was very good though, so I will definitely try again.

  • @icantsleepsohereiam look at both recipes of naan to understand better. its better to add less yeat and leve in oven overnight. heat the ove for 3 min

  • salam baji, emien apko ek tipp dena chahti hun naaqn bnana ke bare mein jab aab naan ka dhougj bnati hai to usko aap kyoun nahin ek din phele bnake rakhti apne apni video mein nan ka dough over mein kuch der keliye rakhdiya hai, is se yeh hota hia ke naan andar c kacha rehjata hai, meine tajurba kiya hua hai, better yeh hai ke agar aap nana ka dough raat ko banakr rakhe aur subha tak woh achi trah c phuul jata hai aur usmein us zyada stability rehti hai aur naan ho ya pizza woh acha banta hai

  • @komalsunny8889, thanks, ager irada ho pehle se to raat ko gondhi hoon naan ka aata, ager koye kuch banta dekhy aur kahe ke saath naan chahain to to jaldi ke mare yoon kerna perta hai. oven main to yoonhe ke band dibba hai main raat rakh deti hoon. per ager ghanta 2 main banane parain to thora oven warm ker leti hoon.

  • I have tried these today , num num yum yum :3 , very easy very nice. It took 1 3/4 cups of milk for me to knead the dough, I think it's due to difference in size of measuring cup.…its a super duper hit !.… hubby to bohat pasand kar rahay thay… thanx a lot.   • Is it possible to make theese naan as you did it on the previous one? I mean using this recipe (naan II) and the final stage where you let the bottom of naan make brown on the pan and then grill it oven the last few minutes like in (naan I)?

    Despite me being honest with you and telling that the pastry brush you are using to put the butter on your Naan’s are mostly made out of Boar’s (Wild Pig) Bristle (prickly hair of an animal) you are still using it. I just wanted to share this as a lot of people don’t know this and kept using it without any prior realisation.

    Hope you wouldn’t mind me pointing this out again.

  • PLZ bata dain kah oil kitna dalna hai, ham aap ki tarh expert naheen kah jitna dalain perfect ho, every thing is present at home just want to make something which will go with it. and also confirm you used only maida, or mixed with atta. thanks.....god bless you aameen. ZP :)

  • means making chapaties with yeast, wait till 80 years of age, jab sab ke daant gir jate hain to yeast wali rotiyan he khani perteen hain. jab tak dant hain theek se rotiyan bana ker khao, aur enjoy karo :)
