Dave was very popular in Hollywood, in the late 60's. He appeared on The Monkees, The Beverly Hillbillies, and in the movie, Don't Make Waves. With his impressive build, blond hair and blue eyes, he had the "California beach boy" look. After his bodybuilding career ebbed, he went through some tough times. However, he has rebounded splendidly, and now manages the World Gym in Santa Cruz, CA.

As I i look at mr. draper's photos from his feenage years, he no doubt got more and more handsome as he aged and developed like serge nubret the best physique that didn't win the olympia. It is so horrific that he almost died from drug overdose when he looked so outwardly perfect. a loss for the film industry.
