USADA is the only agency recommended by WADA in the US and I believe the only anti-doping agency awarded the gold standard by WADA. Pacroid had been telling us for months that he agreed to all the terms in the now phantom negotiations. What this proves is that Team Pacroid was lying about those negotiations all along and also Pacroid's determined to use drugs if and when he meets Floyd in the ring
