@TelltheTruth73 The only claims that evolution make are; -individuals in a population vary from one another; -parents pass on their traits to their offspring genetically; - some variants reproduce more than others; -successful variations accumulate over many generations.
Do you see anything about rocks making life? Or about one animal giving birth to another? No? Thats because the only people who say that are people like Hovind who don't understand the subject. Learn actual science! It's fun!
This wasn't a debate. I never used Ad hominem. I don't think you even know what that is. Evolution never said anything came from a rock. It describes the natural mechanism behind the diversity of life, not the start of life. That's abiogenesis and that is a completely different field of science. You just like rehashing debunked hovind ideas that are nothing but strawmen. Again, learn about the actual subject matter. It can only help you
@TelltheTruth73 Who said we came from a rock? Stops making straw men. Unused the parent analogy to support my claim that everyone is a transitional form. Way to completely not understand anything. Imicro evolution and macro are the same thing. Please look up modern speciation events
@eddygoombah Hmmm. Seems you don't even know your own theory. Think hard.. What was before the bacteria, before the soup and before it rained?
No micro and macro aren't the same thing. There is a big difference. I know evolutionists want you to believe micro and macro are the same because micro is the only (observable) proof there is of their theory.
I already looked that up and told you that was micro-evolution in a previous comment.
@TelltheTruth73 "Seems you don't even know your own theory" Actually, I do know what the theory of evolution through natural selection states... and it never said anything about rocks forming life. The truth of the matter is that you no nothing about science outside hovind's myopic seminar videos, and it is very telling. For the 9th time, please learn about what science is, and what evolutionary biology is really about. Library memberships are free! Huzzah!
@eddygoombah I've seen many of his debates and his fundamental questions are never really answered. Most of the time he is just called stupid. Well calling someone else stupid without answering his questions doesn't really prove anything does it?
He only says that the LIES have to be removed from the text books. Well if there is so much evidence for macro-evolution then you can easily teach it without using lies or not?
Hmm, I can't find your comment on radiometric dating etc. So I will respond this way.
Hovind has the dating methods as a topic in his seminars. ( Many Hovind videos are in my channel, also the boot camp where I referred to. )
I looked it up for you and radiometric and carbon dating are mentioned in Dr. Kent Hovind's Seminar 7-1 Question and Answer. He mentions it both at 1:09 for about an half hour. It's in my channel.
You look things up for me, I look things up for you ;).
@eddygoombah Well I did and it's just a bunch of lies and ridiculous claims pieced together.
If you use some lies, many fancy words and some statistics you can also proof that the moon was made out of green cheese. At least if you have a big part of the 'scientific' community backing you up.
Like I said, they cannot proof what happened billions of years ago, and you cannot know what the effect would be of the Cambrian explosion on the eye. They cannot even prove it happened.
@TelltheTruth73 No, it's saying that you do not understand the subject you apparently have the most objection to. Learning about your opponents side is the best way to defend your own. Please come back when you have learned what evolution is and for that matter science
@eddygoombah Well I did. I was brought up with evolution, and many of my teachers tried to indoctrinate me with it. What do you think you get in all your text books?
You are not even telling WHAT I do not understand. It's easy to say I'm stupid without backing your claim.
@TelltheTruth73 I'm not avoiding the question. I am merely reiterating my point that we are all transitional forms. You are not an exact copy of your mother or father, right? Please learn what evolution is before you try and use hovinds claims against it.
@eddygoombah Of course I am not an exact copy of my mother or father. But does that prove we came from a rock 6 billion years ago?
I have said many times already that micro-evolution is a proven fact. I only don't agree with Cosmic, Chemical, and Macro evolution. Those three are not proven facts.
And even IF the theory was true you cannot state it as a fact. Were you there when that soup created life? Believing something and stating it as a fact is NOT science.
Sorry for my bad English, I'm not a native speaker. It's hard explaining things if you have to speak a foreign language.
@TelltheTruth73 I can say it is a fact since evolution is still happening all around us and has been directly observed. Please google "modern speciation events"
@eddygoombah I looked it up. You are using micro-evolution again. I have nothing against that that is a fact, there is much evidence that a plant or a animal can get different traits. But it always stays the same kind of animal. There is no evidence that a fish became a land animal or a plant became a bird. You can't provide me with that because it doesn't happen. Corn stays corn, a horse stays a horse doesn't matter how many times you breed it or what genes you change.

4. how can the oldest tree be only 4300 years old?
5. How can a animal survive if it is not fully evolved yet, while in a very hostile world? By example the giraffe would have had a period that it had long legs but not a long neck, i mean then it would die.
6. How did the eye evolve? The animal wouldn't see for a thousands of years, it would die out.
@TelltheTruth73 A: 4) Shoot, the oldest tree could be 100 years old. this doesn't prove anything about how old the earth is. so I fail to see your point
@eddygoombah hehe that's a good one. You are avoiding my question. You can't answer me why a fish with legs can survive if it can't move fast enough to catch prey.
I don't think we are a transitional form. I haven't heard of any major changes in the human body mentioned in our written history. And i mean that we do not have gotten another arm or wings or anything like that. Yes I know it takes lots end lots of time in the evolution theory, but that can't be proven.
@eddygoombah I agree. But if you believe in evolution then you would believe that the eye would have been in a stage of development at a certain time (thousands of years). If the eye is still developing the animal cannot see.
@TelltheTruth73 A: 7) They are a fraud. The Peruvuan farmer who found them admitted that he created them, and their authenticity have been thoroughly disproven.
Watch part 1 of The Creation Boot Camp. Dr. Dennis Swift explains that the stones have been proven to be antiquities. I don't have enough text space to explain it all.
There are a few fundamental problems with that theory.
1. How can the big bang be true if many planets and galaxy's are turning the other way? The 'matter' spinned a way. And there is a scientific law that says that if something turns certain way if it explodes or releases it turns that way too.
2. The moon is distancing from the earth. If the earth was millions of years old the moon would have stood against the earth.
3. How can the oldest reef, be only 4300 years old?
@TelltheTruth73 A: 1) huh? planets were created way after the big bang. your question has nothing to do with angular momentum, which is what you are suggesting.
@TelltheTruth73 Has the detective ever seen the murder happen? Or does he go by the evidence to steer him to the conclusion. By your reasoning, no one should be arrested.
@eddygoombah Mate. Evolution has lost the case in the Scopes trial. Evolution wouldn't stand in a trial because there is no real evidence. It's just a theory.
We are talking about science here. I'm don't know how detectives work precisely, and I suppose you don't know too. But I think that detectives don't use unproven theories to prove a murder do they?
@TelltheTruth73 woah woah woah.... what? Evolution won the scopes trial. and creationism lost in the dover trial. Evolution has more evidence than gravity. You are just wrong.
@eddygoombah Well I really would like to see that evidence.
As far as I know evolution is supported by a bunch of lies and many 'religious' statements. If you think to know what happened millions of years ago then you are being religious.
It's just the way I see it. Two religions oppose each other. The one is funded by tax dollars, the other isn't.
I have nothing against believing and teaching evolution. Just don't use lies to support it.
@TelltheTruth73 A: 2) This tired argument doesn't take into account tidal friction. This is another of Hovind's laughable ideas that has been debunked thoroughly
@TelltheTruth73 The earth's age is based on evidence from radiometric age dating of meteorite material and is consistent with the ages of the oldest-known terrestrial and lunar samples
@TelltheTruth73 A: 3) Actually it is estimated that corals have been growing on the Great Barrier Reef for approx 25 million years. So I don't really know where Hovind made up that number of 4300
Well what is the alternative then? That I have to believe that matter came from nothing and exploded? In the beginning the earth was a molten mass and it rained millions of years (i've never seen a million year rain :P). Then there came a primordial soup where wherefrom life origined. And then evolutionists are going to tell me that all life had a common ancestor.
So that means a banana and a dog are related. Because we all came from bacteria?
@TelltheTruth73 well, ignoring the fact that most of that was one big strawman... please tell me what is so wrong with thinking that everything is related to each other?
It has never been observed. In our whole history we have never seen an animal become another animal. Only variation in the kind. There are limits in variation also.
@TelltheTruth73 please define kind. Regardless, is an animal gave birth to a different animal, then that would actually disprove evolution. Please study the subject.
@eddygoombah What? You say you don't believe your own theory? :P. That's a good one. Your not alone in that alright.
Look a banana doesn't become a land animal like that. It takes TIME and many transitions. The banana would slowly and slowly get legs and would begin to walk etc, you can explain the rest. And don't tell me that it can't happen because THAT is evolution.
Or are you saying that maybe evolution was guided by a creator?
@TelltheTruth73 no, that is not evolution. no wonder you don't believe in evolution. you don't know what it is. Please learn a bit, then come back. Until then. I'm done.
@eddygoombah This is like saying: I'm right your wrong, I'm smart your dumb.
I'm just saying it plain like it could be. In your theory the BANANA could evolve to a land animal. Correct me if i'm wrong. They are both related aren't they?
Or do you not believe that?
The bible tells me to speak plainly. That's why i'm using an extreme example.
@Anon371 gotta love generalizing statements. My niece is 18 months old. she currently does not believe in a god. She is not anti-theist. Buddhists are don't believe in gods, yet they aren't anti-theist. Anti-theism is a proactive stance to be against theism whereas atheism is a reaction to a Positive claim regarding the existence of god. And I love the term "objective psychic techniques". Made me lol
@zwiiyt "does it make sense for you to go to the trouble"
the trouble of what?
"i am done with explaining that."
no you didn't. All you did was suggest that economics should be debated the same way religion is. I then told you clearly why this was not the case in my opinion. And then you completely misrepresented my point. This is in no way an explanation.
How can I take you the least bit seriously if you cannot make a coherent point come across, yet you think you have? really?
I hate it when people(specifiaclly Catholics) ask me what do you think happens when you die? First off, I don't think you're heaven and hell idea is that logical, and second, I don't care what will happen when I die, I'll find out what happens when I die.
@zwiiyt I am certainly not the exception. Most rational people share the same perspectives as I do and are not depressed at all. And why are you lecturing me on IQ's? It is a questionable system to determine intelligence, and is in no way empirical. Please also keep in mind that intelligence has nothing to do with ability. Nor should anyone tell any child that they will amount to nothing. I fail to see what this has to do with faith at all. I don't think you are making much sense.
@zwiiyt Your economy analogy is moot since I am not comparing one religion to others to determine its validity. I'm criticizing it as a whole since it is hinged on a belief in an imagined deity. Economics, however grand and unpredictable at times, is very real, and has a profound and real effect on all of our lives and is solely based on the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. These are real things. Religion tells you to do something on behalf of an invisible friend.
@zwiiyt IQ is a test of aptitude, a measurable behavior. Beauty is completely subjective. what one person finds ugly, someone else might find beautiful. There is no graduated standard to which something can be graded on beauty. It would be the same thing as saying that there is an empirical way of showing which rock band is the best.
Regardless, this is all moot anyway because it doesn't really have anything to do with why i critique religion and not economics. Please explain.
@zwiiyt this comment is confusing. How should I react if someone called me dumb and ugly? I have no idea, these are subjective matters that really have no relevance to the conversation. I have no idea how something can be "empirically ugly".
@zwiiyt You missed my point. Those fields of study are not hinged solely on having an imaginary friend. Economics is a social science that analyzes the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services. It is a real thing that can be tested, measured, studied, predicted, and utilized. Religion is none of these things. I fail to see your point at all.
@zwiiyt Because at least economics and philosophy don't suggest that I should or should not do certain things because an imaginary friend told them to.
"Everyone needs faith to get on in life" I vehemently disagree with this statement. I would like you to provide evidence where this is true.
Atheists like the douche in this video are so nauseating to listen to. So self-important, and deluded into believing that they are so "intelligent". It's really comical.
dude grow up - you pretend to know what religion, belive and god is for everyone - and you think that is just supposed to be a "super" empirical description of reality -which it is of course not - at least not for all
and that's not just a a modern fad to defend religion - this has (also) been said since the begining
Meh..'God' is just a person's ego, really. Funny thing is god-fearing folk will twist so-called sacred books so that their god agrees with them, rather than them agreeing with scripture as they often like to yell and scream. Essentially doctrine and deity are the same thing.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Are you kidding me? The bible should be impossible to misinterpret?? Lets not forget who is trying to interpret it, man!!! you are a joke, seriously. Also the bible is the inspired word of god which was then interpreted and written by man. Even the apostle Peter said that some of the writings of Paul were “hard to understand” (II Peter 3:15-16). He went on to say that the “untaught and unstable” have a tendency to “distort” the Scriptures “to their own destruction.” have fun being so pessimistic
@buddertopped420 I'm not kidding you. Let me put it another way. Say you are a perfect all powerful deity. You create a world with sentient life on it and give them free will. You obviously want them to thrive because you love them. So you want to pass upon some of your infinite and perfect wisdom. Remember, ur god and you cannot do wrong or make mistakes. Not only that but you are benevolent and cannot create evil. So, Is the best way to relay your guidance to your people...(cont)
@buddertopped420 ..so that they can live by the law and morality you have constructed (which again has to be completely good and perfect) really to only contact them once to just a couple people (who are flawed and prone to misjudgment) in the height of the era of illiteracy? And then go even further by burning those in hell who simply read one of the thousands of different distorted versions of your word and not believing in it? Is this the best you can do as a perfect being?
@buddertopped420 Also, let me make this point perfectly clear: Is the bible the perfect inerrant word of god? If so, which version? I want you to truly answer this. Because if the bible has indeed been distorted by man throughout the years as you and Peter have said, then how can you differentiate what god actually intended to say in the book, and what was added by man? Is there some written log somewhere that shows which parts are god's truth, and which one's are man's abominations?
@buddertopped420 To put it in yet another way, god, the all powerful being, could have used an infinite number of ways to convey his word. However, he chose a medium that can be easily changed and altered, in a time where there were no photography or video technology to capture his presence. If he indeed cannot make mistakes, then he purposely did this for some reason which I cannot fathom. Either he is not there, or he is a jerk and a prankster. I choose the former.
@eddygoombah If you would like to discuss a topic then I would love to do that. But by creating some video that in itself has glaring contradiction indicative of a person with limited understanding of philosophy is just funny. You do yourself a disservice; a normal person would look at this video and say “what an idiot”. Instead of firing back with insults pick a topic and let’s chat. Let me pick one, who created god? Would you like me to answer that for you?
@zebrarraz I'm sorry, but taking a stance defending the idea that adults should have imaginary friends is what is laughable. Who created god? we did. There, I answered it for you. Now I don't have to waste your time in frivolous banter with someone "with limited understanding of philosophy"
Are you kidding me? The bible should be impossible to misinterpret?? Lets not forget who is trying to interpret it, man!!! you are a joke, seriously. If you cant even acceptt what is said in the bible evolves in our interpretations based on our time and place, and thus the entire meaning of what is said. Then I cannot argue with you, you my friend are far and away to narrow minded.
and by intervene i mean in everything we do. god gave man free will for many reasons, but i don't expect you to get why. But i see no need to agrue with someone who probably looks up on atheist sites for your slight knowledge on few biblical verses, and tries and pin point the very few passages in the bible that seem to be horrible to fit what you want, without trying to interpret them correctly in any fashion.
@buddertopped420 either the bible is the perfect and inerrant word of your god, or it is not. You cannot have it both ways. If it is made by man, then it is imperfect and should not be heralded as the pinnacle of how one should live one's life, because it is, as you say, made by man and man is imperfect. However, it is indeed the word of the living god, then it should be without error and impossible to misinterpret since it is, and follow me closely here, written by a PERFECT god.
You need to watch one of the several videos on the evolution of bible interpretation and about your rape thing, do you know that several forms of the bible do not even mention rape, but more of a mutual thing. but still watch videos on that like "Deuteronomy 22:28-30 - Re: Ask Pastor Jack Schaap"
And once again, context. I am by no means smart, I am only a young teenager. But like you just stated the morals of that time are outdatted, thats why we look upon them in disgust. The bible evolves to man, even if you dont think it does.
citation needed. So far, the bible has shown to be the works of superstitious bronze age desert men, not a malleable amendable document. If you have proof otherwise, PLEASE let me know
that doesnt mean that at this time we dont have things that we consider to be the most moral outcomes for a situation. We do our best for our time and place, based on what can be done, i.e public opinion, laws, etc. God lets man rule the world, he does no intervene. I can assure you that god does not stand for rape, but because immoral men of that time did, god gives the best way to solve the situation.
But for the times and place that they were in, which we can both agree, sucked lol and were of low morals compared to todays society. It would seem that what was written to rectify the situation was probably of the most moral thing to do at that current time in accordance to mens morals, considering how things were in that time. Who knows how our morals will change thousands of years from know, we will probably look at ourselves today in disgust.
strange behaviors and acts god committed in the old testament simply because he is god, instead of seeing it for what the OT is, a collection of arbitrary rules made by superstitious bronze age desert men. Exactly! lol, written by men, who have proved time and time again to be immoral and dumb. Those acts were not comitted by god nor did it state that it should be done, actually quite the opposite is hundreds of passages.
To rape a girl was to deprive the father of a dowry that he would get when she married. A raped girl would not be marriageable so the rapist had to marry her and pay for the privilege just as any other husband would. These things sound odd and unfair now because times have changed so much but in those days things changed very slowly.
@buddertopped420 These things sound odd and unfair because they are odd and unfair. Surely if morality was absolute, as the bible suggests, then these things would not seem odd and unfair at any time. The rules and regs of yesterday should be as sound today as it was yesterday. We aren't talking about the whims of man, but the word of an omniscient god
so again, how is being forced to marry your rapist morally sound?
@buddertopped420 the fact that you would admit that these rules are strange and unfair today shows that you in fact hold a higher morality than that of the rules set down by whatever deity in the old testament. You, yourself, actually understand this, yet would rather apologize for the strange behaviors and acts god committed in the old testament simply because he is god, instead of seeing it for what the OT is, a collection of arbitrary rules made by superstitious bronze age desert men.
@buddertopped420 morality is not tied down by some vengeful absolute book written thousands of years ago. The reason these rules seem odd and unfair is because man has grown out of the need to use these rules. The morality that was used a thousand years ago is obsolete and vestigial, hence, it is not the word of an obsolete morality. Otherwise it would be justified to stone insolent children or keep slaves. well thank "god" we don't take the bible that seriously.

The bible shows us every possibility of what man 'might' do. Nowhere does it say man 'should' do these things. However the laws state what should be done 'if' these things occur. They were very basic ways of making amends, trying to rectify a situation. In the times to which you refer a woman was the property of her father until she married and then the property of her husband.
Yeah adapts and changes, thats fucking evolving lol. Darwin said it him self lol. how come religion cannot adapt and change just how it does with science? or at least how certain things that are said can change to fit the time and place. Going back to your rape thing. Like I have stated, look at in fucking context man, Human nature can be vile. Since the fall of Adam man has been sinful (man as in human race, not just the male of the species).
@buddertopped420 umm... I wasn't refuting your comment that science evolves... Are you even reading what I am writing? And nice "F" bomb, dude... again, way to completely take away any high ground you may have had.
But if you ACTUALLY try to see things in the other light, it is not hard to see your arguments are invalid.Though i do think you are a very smart man, and I do agree that science and that stuff are great tools to better our living and understanding, I think humanity is our biggest issues, and that can be solved with faith.
Doesnt make your side any more valid. It only makes it seem like you can only prey on the weak. Science is interpreted in so many ways, just like a single passage from the bible can. Scientists have an open mind when interpreting something they do not know, unlike you with your obvious pessimistic views before you even started interpreting. I am not trying to be mean in any sense. But All of your arguments are the same ones I had when I was like 10, yeah they are easy to see, thats why.
@buddertopped420 again, you are not refuting anything, only stating that the arguments can be refuted. Science needs to withstand reason, be falsifiable, be used to predict things, and can be replicated. It fallows rules and needs to maintain objectivity. Religion comes up with the answer first and molds the information to follow suit. You call me ignorant, yet you still have yet to demonstrate that you understand the basic tenets of what science and reason are. pot calling kettle black.
So dealing with religion in govt and schools is something you have to deal with. there is sooo much evidence that marijuana is beneficial rather than harmful, but I still get in trouble for it, because the majority says no. I have to deal with it, just like you have to deal with 80% of the population. There are going to be stupid, uneducated people on both sides, so by picking on those people to make your points, which it seems like is what you like doing.
I am not all knowing, but I do know that you need to stop being so ignorant to so many things. there are so many religions out there, and i tend to believe everyone has certain points that are right. And many fit almost exactly with modern science, and sorry to upset you, but majority does rule, that IS how it works lol.
I for a fact know, that there are people way smarter than you or i who believe in a god and some that do not. But I can assure you that any argument you make, if researched at all, can be easily and quickly refuted, even with scriptures lol. And I hope you like most of the laws that protect you in todays world, because most came from highly religious societies. Plus, I would love you to argue any of your points with an actual priest or anybody like that, because you would quickly be shut up.
@buddertopped420 All I am asking is t hat if you truly believe in what it is you are defending, then please defend it with a modicum of reason and effort. Surely if your stance can be defended, then please defend it. Simply saying, "Well there are smarter people that can refute anything you say", isn't in fact refuting my argument. Unless you can actually do this yourself, then your stance has very little worth.

things that if you actually read the holy works and actually try to interpret them you would see are things that you should not be doing.Bible was written thousands of years ago man, come on Where the fuck was your science then? still stuck on things like fucking gravity lol. get real! Science evolves just like religion., It is easy for you to take dumb arguments by religious people and blow them up to make your point, but in reality it is those people who have a problem to begin with.
@buddertopped420 "Bible was written thousands of years ago man, come on Where the fuck was your science then? still stuck on things like fucking gravity lol. get real"
umm... lolwut?
" Science evolves just like religion." no. completely wrong. science learns. It adapts as evidence and knowledge expands. Religion is stagnant, dogmatic and unyielding. The biggest questions today will be undergraduate home work problems of tomorrow. That is the strength of science.
I do not know much, much like you. But take the fact that you by no means are you an intellectual, as am I. but true ones, like most of the worlds top physicists either believe in god, or admit that there are so many things we do not know. so they do not take a stance. Most major things you argue for the horribleness of religion are things that true people of those faiths do not even commit and are
Dont take single scriptures highly out of context and without knowing the rest of the passages to make your points it only makes you look uneducated What the things mean in the bible mean things much different then what you think they mean Also take the fact that the most advanced civilizations in the world were highly religious and most of the things that you love today and idol, came from religious people and civilzations.
@buddertopped420 again, I asked you to simply educate me on the context regarding one specific quote. Please do not give me a general blanket statement here. you are backing yourself into a corner. I have given you a way out, yet you still aren't taking it. Please, just elaborate on how "If a man [meets] a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her ... He must marry the girl ... He can never divorce her as long as he lives" was taken out of context.
I know there will be no arguing with you because of your ignorance, you talk to me like I wasnt a strong atheist for most of my life and had all the same arguments that you have now. But I clearly see how my arguments, much like yours are, are ones that we love to pick and choose. Like i stated, just read the whole thing, take the fact that its written by man which is not perfect, not god, and in the time and place it was wriiten.
@buddertopped420 Simply saying that you used the same arguments doesn't discredit the arguments I am making. You actually need to address them. Please do. I am still waiting for you to
Man has evil in his heart not god, yes he used man to state his word. Like I stated before, yes those were in the bible, but do you know anything leading up til the scriptures you used. Just like in a story you just cant read a sentence and know the whole book. You need to know the entire story. You need to see how things were back then, and how those things are interpreted now. I do not dismiss what I do not like in the bible.I look at it as a whole and take it in context of what it is, and
@buddertopped420 uh huh... then please tell me exactly how I was SUPPOSED to properly interpret:
"If a man [meets] a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her ... He must marry the girl ... He can never divorce her as long as he lives" (Deuteronomy 22:28-29)
And like I have stated if you yourself would actually read the bible, or qur'an, you would find that almost all your arguments are takin out of false contexts and actually contradict what these holy works have stated. By real religion I mean people of faith who actually follow what the bible and things actually say to do. GOD has not done any wrong doing, killing, stealin, etc. But mans own personal greed. Please actually read the bible, I know you have not, and actually try to understand
@buddertopped420 You are talking to me as if I wasn't a devout Christian for the first 20 years of my life, who regularly participated in church activities, and attended bible studies until he was 18.
Again, simply because you wish to dismiss the not so loving quotes from the bible doesn't mean that they were taken out of context. Please watch nonstampcollector's video called "context!!!!!" if you need more insight.
show are clearly ones that you yourself do not know and that you found on a list some where. I would encourage you to actually read the scriptures leading up until that point, you would see your arguments are completely out of false context. Also the bible is written by man, not by god.
God allowes things to exist the way He allows other things to exist that He does not approve of: murder, lying, rape, theft, etc. yet they still exist. Why? because of man.
@buddertopped420 that is a cop out. These are quotes that god commanded directly to man through his word. You cannot simply dismiss the quotes you don't like.
And please tell me, If man created the bible, and is not made by the divine and perfect word of god... then why even bother follow it?
You state that the people of religious beliefs to be ignorant and completely wrong, and have no sense of intellectual capabilities. You obviously think that you and your beliefs are highly superior to that of billions of people. Like I stated earlier, you my friend are greatly ignorant. I myself find my beliefs to be a mixture of many religions, that with Christianity at my top, mostly because it is a relationship with the lord and not like most religions. And with your scriptures that you
@buddertopped420 "You state that the people of religious beliefs to be ignorant and completely wrong, and have no sense of intellectual capabilities"
so far you have yet to prove otherwise. Simply stating an argument from the majority yet again doesn't make your position any more viable. I am sorry, that is just not how it works.
take your ignorance and shove it very far up your ass, which seems to be a place where you like things anyways. So many people who attack religion dont know squat about it. The pick out the huge things that clearly stand out. Which are things that contradict real religion anyways. Oh, and P.S. even though there is supposed to be seperation of church and state, this country was founded on huge christian beliefs. If you don't like the majority of the country, or the founding fathers. Leave!
@buddertopped420 "take your ignorance and shove it very far up your ass, which seems to be a place where you like things anyways."
lol... nice. way to completely lose the high ground in your very first sentence. Regardless, please explain to me what exactly is the "real religion"? I would love you to elaborate on that. And this country was founded upon virtues from the Enlightenment by mostly Deistic founders. Please look up the Treaty of Tripoli if you need further insight please. thanks!

to know. But let me key you in on a few things, We don't know shit!!! I don;t expect you to know that much about physics, which just to let you know, is the most fundamental of ALL the SCIENCES, that you claim to live your life by, so called "what really exists". But if you would talk to anyone that actually knows about these things you would know, that we really dont know anything, And its admitted, that there is a lot more out there then what we can see, feel, or observe on any way. You need
@buddertopped420 I have never claimed that I know everything. Please stop putting words in my mouth. You have a strange tendency to want to do this. Regardless, I am additionally not the one claiming to have a relationship with an invisible man who does have all the answers. That would be you. So, please, try not to use the "we don't know everything so you can't either" argument. It's hypocrisy at it's most potent.
even in todays society the majority rules. Deal with it!! Thats democracy at its best. Even if you are on the decenting side of things, you still have to deal with it. If 8/10 people think the some religious aspects deserve to be in schools or education. Deal with it man. Cuz you are the minority. And true people of faith try not to judge people, and to treat all people with respect and honesty, but you clearly seem to love to attack and judge all day. Its clear you think you know all there is
@buddertopped420 I criticize beliefs that do not hold up to scrutiny. If your beliefs were actually sound, you wouldn't need to fall back on your argument from the majority here. Simply because more people believe in something does not mean that belief is anymore true. Everyone could believe in a flat earth, however, this does nothing to sway the fact that the earth is a globe. Frankly, to tell someone, "we are right because we have more followers so deal with it!" is not very convincing

that organized religions would be corrupted. Man is evil, not god. You cannot say that god killed a muslim man for the sake of Christ. You can though say that a ignorant man killed another man. Which clearly sates in the bible that he should not do. In all honesty, some of the most intellectual people on this planet believe in god. Along with about 80% of the entire world!! WOW, but some how 8/10 people basically deserve to die in your eyes? Looks like you need to get reality in check man.
@buddertopped420 "how 8/10 people basically deserve to die in your eyes? "
when have I EVER stated that anyone should be killed for their beliefs? I have never and would never say or think this. Everyone has the right to believe in whatever they want to, just as I have the right to show you how inane your beliefs are. Please do not suggest otherwise.
I laugh at just how ignorant you actually are.I had thought the same way as you for quite some time, but if any of you would actually read the bible, you would greatly understand the peace and love that comes from it. No one can argue that the bible and most religions teach good moral values, dont lie, murder, steal, ect. Most would argue that those are things that you can have without faith, true. But those things came from religions! Yeah,1st! Deal with it. And it states in the bible
"And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished. Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money" (Exodus 21:20-21).
"Wives, be subordinate to your husbands, as is proper in the Lord." (Colossians 3:18 NAB)
@buddertopped420 "Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh" (Lev 25:44-45)
"But I suffer not a woman to teach" (1 Timothy 2:12-15)
"If a man [meets] a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her ... He must marry the girl ... He can never divorce her as long as he lives" (Deuteronomy 22:28-29)
@buddertopped420 "If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son. Then shall his father and his mother ... bring him out unto the elders of his city. And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die" (Deuteronomy 21:18-21)
"thou shalt take an [awl], and thrust it through his ear, and he shall be thy servant for ever" (Deuteronomy 15:17)
Yeah.... the bible teaches great moral values... :S
I find this thing to be quite distasteful, to be totally honest. I don't mind it when a single person is attacked for exploiting religion, or when the religious institutions are criticised for misleading, manipulating and brainwashing. What I do mind is a generalisation of religious people and a personal attack on subjective religion. These kinds of things seem to remind me that atheists are pretty much the same as institutionalised religon: They both want to convert the unfaithful.
@Thermkin or to simply call out those who are blatantly intellectually dishonest.... But, if you want to take offense, I have no problem with that. I'm not here to win everyone over.
Those three questions... are the lamest questions imaginable.
1) Lucifer and man's desperately wicked heart.
2) The creator doesn't need creating.
3) Chances whoever lied about santa doesn't know about JESUS CHRIST.
Of course you have nothing but contempt for religious people because you are of your father the devil - whom I'm sure you don't believe exist. But what good is all your musings if you bust hell wide open?!
REPENT!!! ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS LORD WHILE YOU HAVE TIME!!!!!
@southsidesman “Lucifer and man's desperately wicked heart.” Who made Satan? God did, what a jerk.
“2) “The creator doesn't need creating.” Then why does the universe need a creator? The universe is far simpler than your god. “3) Chances whoever lied about santa doesn't know about JESUS CHRIST”. You don't know that Jesus is a jerk and your faith is a joke.

It's fun!
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 most ironic comment on youtube ever.
It can only help you
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 Who said we came from a rock? Stops making straw men. Unused the parent analogy to support my claim that everyone is a transitional form. Way to completely not understand anything. Imicro evolution and macro are the same thing. Please look up modern speciation events
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah Hmmm. Seems you don't even know your own theory. Think hard.. What was before the bacteria, before the soup and before it rained?
No micro and macro aren't the same thing. There is a big difference. I know evolutionists want you to believe micro and macro are the same because micro is the only (observable) proof there is of their theory.
I already looked that up and told you that was micro-evolution in a previous comment.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 "Seems you don't even know your own theory" Actually, I do know what the theory of evolution through natural selection states... and it never said anything about rocks forming life. The truth of the matter is that you no nothing about science outside hovind's myopic seminar videos, and it is very telling. For the 9th time, please learn about what science is, and what evolutionary biology is really about. Library memberships are free! Huzzah!
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 Have fun with that
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 The fact that you suggest that science or evolution is a religion shows u know very little of either
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 Maybe you should start studying actual scientific journals instead of just hovind's nonsense you would know what u are talking about.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah I've seen many of his debates and his fundamental questions are never really answered. Most of the time he is just called stupid. Well calling someone else stupid without answering his questions doesn't really prove anything does it?
He only says that the LIES have to be removed from the text books. Well if there is so much evidence for macro-evolution then you can easily teach it without using lies or not?
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
Hmm, I can't find your comment on radiometric dating etc. So I will respond this way.
Hovind has the dating methods as a topic in his seminars. ( Many Hovind videos are in my channel, also the boot camp where I referred to. )
I looked it up for you and radiometric and carbon dating are mentioned in Dr. Kent Hovind's Seminar 7-1 Question and Answer. He mentions it both at 1:09 for about an half hour. It's in my channel.
You look things up for me, I look things up for you ;).
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 I am not your teacher. Google "evolution of the eye". Take responsibility for your own education for once.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah Well I did and it's just a bunch of lies and ridiculous claims pieced together.
If you use some lies, many fancy words and some statistics you can also proof that the moon was made out of green cheese. At least if you have a big part of the 'scientific' community backing you up.
Like I said, they cannot proof what happened billions of years ago, and you cannot know what the effect would be of the Cambrian explosion on the eye. They cannot even prove it happened.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 No, it's saying that you do not understand the subject you apparently have the most objection to. Learning about your opponents side is the best way to defend your own. Please come back when you have learned what evolution is and for that matter science
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah Well I did. I was brought up with evolution, and many of my teachers tried to indoctrinate me with it. What do you think you get in all your text books?
You are not even telling WHAT I do not understand. It's easy to say I'm stupid without backing your claim.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 I'm not avoiding the question. I am merely reiterating my point that we are all transitional forms. You are not an exact copy of your mother or father, right? Please learn what evolution is before you try and use hovinds claims against it.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah Of course I am not an exact copy of my mother or father. But does that prove we came from a rock 6 billion years ago?
I have said many times already that micro-evolution is a proven fact. I only don't agree with Cosmic, Chemical, and Macro evolution. Those three are not proven facts.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
I also don't agree with Stellar and Planetary evolution and Organic evolution.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
Dammit, problem with youtube. three times the same comment :/

@eddygoombah Have a good day.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
And even IF the theory was true you cannot state it as a fact. Were you there when that soup created life? Believing something and stating it as a fact is NOT science.
Sorry for my bad English, I'm not a native speaker. It's hard explaining things if you have to speak a foreign language.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 I can say it is a fact since evolution is still happening all around us and has been directly observed. Please google "modern speciation events"
eddygoombah 1 month ago

7. explain the Ica stones.
etc. etc.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 A: 4) Shoot, the oldest tree could be 100 years old. this doesn't prove anything about how old the earth is. so I fail to see your point
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah
I'm not really an expert in trees so I have to look that up.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 A: 5) There is no such thing as "fully evolved". every species is a transitional form to the next.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah I know. But what I'm asking you how can a animal survive if it still in a transitional form?
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 you are a transitional form. how are you surviving?
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah hehe that's a good one. You are avoiding my question. You can't answer me why a fish with legs can survive if it can't move fast enough to catch prey.
I don't think we are a transitional form. I haven't heard of any major changes in the human body mentioned in our written history. And i mean that we do not have gotten another arm or wings or anything like that. Yes I know it takes lots end lots of time in the evolution theory, but that can't be proven.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 A: 6) But certain cells could detect light. An eye doesn't have to see like we do to give the organism an advantage.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah I agree. But if you believe in evolution then you would believe that the eye would have been in a stage of development at a certain time (thousands of years). If the eye is still developing the animal cannot see.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 go back to my previous comment about this. I think you didn't read it correctly.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah You are right, I didn't. Sorry. I only read the last sentence.
Can you give me an example of an animal that sees with certain cells and has a 'eye' like we know it. I mean both.

@TelltheTruth73 A: 7) They are a fraud. The Peruvuan farmer who found them admitted that he created them, and their authenticity have been thoroughly disproven.
etc. etc.

@eddygoombah
Watch part 1 of The Creation Boot Camp. Dr. Dennis Swift explains that the stones have been proven to be antiquities. I don't have enough text space to explain it all.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
There are a few fundamental problems with that theory.
1. How can the big bang be true if many planets and galaxy's are turning the other way? The 'matter' spinned a way. And there is a scientific law that says that if something turns certain way if it explodes or releases it turns that way too.
2. The moon is distancing from the earth. If the earth was millions of years old the moon would have stood against the earth.
3. How can the oldest reef, be only 4300 years old?
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 A: 1) huh? planets were created way after the big bang. your question has nothing to do with angular momentum, which is what you are suggesting.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah Have we ever seen a planet or a star form?
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 Has the detective ever seen the murder happen? Or does he go by the evidence to steer him to the conclusion. By your reasoning, no one should be arrested.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah Mate. Evolution has lost the case in the Scopes trial. Evolution wouldn't stand in a trial because there is no real evidence. It's just a theory.
We are talking about science here. I'm don't know how detectives work precisely, and I suppose you don't know too. But I think that detectives don't use unproven theories to prove a murder do they?
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 woah woah woah.... what? Evolution won the scopes trial. and creationism lost in the dover trial. Evolution has more evidence than gravity. You are just wrong.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah Well I really would like to see that evidence.
As far as I know evolution is supported by a bunch of lies and many 'religious' statements. If you think to know what happened millions of years ago then you are being religious.
It's just the way I see it. Two religions oppose each other. The one is funded by tax dollars, the other isn't.
I have nothing against believing and teaching evolution. Just don't use lies to support it.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 A: 2) This tired argument doesn't take into account tidal friction. This is another of Hovind's laughable ideas that has been debunked thoroughly
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah I have looked it up, what has it to do with what I said and how do they know how the earth turned 100 million years ago?
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 The earth's age is based on evidence from radiometric age dating of meteorite material and is consistent with the ages of the oldest-known terrestrial and lunar samples
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 A: 3) Actually it is estimated that corals have been growing on the Great Barrier Reef for approx 25 million years. So I don't really know where Hovind made up that number of 4300
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah I can't find the reference to the 25 million years also.
I can remember Hovind explained it but I have to look that up.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
Well what is the alternative then? That I have to believe that matter came from nothing and exploded? In the beginning the earth was a molten mass and it rained millions of years (i've never seen a million year rain :P). Then there came a primordial soup where wherefrom life origined. And then evolutionists are going to tell me that all life had a common ancestor.
So that means a banana and a dog are related. Because we all came from bacteria?
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 well, ignoring the fact that most of that was one big strawman... please tell me what is so wrong with thinking that everything is related to each other?
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah
It has never been observed. In our whole history we have never seen an animal become another animal. Only variation in the kind. There are limits in variation also.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 please define kind. Regardless, is an animal gave birth to a different animal, then that would actually disprove evolution. Please study the subject.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah no, they have been thoroughly disproven. only desperate creationists think otherwise.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah explain your point.
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@eddygoombah What? You say you don't believe your own theory? :P. That's a good one. Your not alone in that alright.
Look a banana doesn't become a land animal like that. It takes TIME and many transitions. The banana would slowly and slowly get legs and would begin to walk etc, you can explain the rest. And don't tell me that it can't happen because THAT is evolution.
Or are you saying that maybe evolution was guided by a creator?
TelltheTruth73 1 month ago
@TelltheTruth73 no, that is not evolution. no wonder you don't believe in evolution. you don't know what it is. Please learn a bit, then come back. Until then. I'm done.
eddygoombah 1 month ago
@eddygoombah This is like saying: I'm right your wrong, I'm smart your dumb.
I'm just saying it plain like it could be. In your theory the BANANA could evolve to a land animal. Correct me if i'm wrong. They are both related aren't they?
Or do you not believe that?
The bible tells me to speak plainly. That's why i'm using an extreme example.

@Anon371 gotta love generalizing statements. My niece is 18 months old. she currently does not believe in a god. She is not anti-theist. Buddhists are don't believe in gods, yet they aren't anti-theist.
How can I take you the least bit seriously if you cannot make a coherent point come across, yet you think you have? really?
eddygoombah 4 months ago
I hate it when people(specifiaclly Catholics) ask me what do you think happens when you die? First off, I don't think you're heaven and hell idea is that logical, and second, I don't care what will happen when I die, I'll find out what happens when I die.
snipesnrifles 4 months ago
@zwiiyt I am certainly not the exception. Most rational people share the same perspectives as I do and are not depressed at all. And why are you lecturing me on IQ's? It is a questionable system to determine intelligence, and is in no way empirical. Please also keep in mind that intelligence has nothing to do with ability. Nor should anyone tell any child that they will amount to nothing. I fail to see what this has to do with faith at all. I don't think you are making much sense.
eddygoombah 4 months ago
@zwiiyt Your economy analogy is moot since I am not comparing one religion to others to determine its validity. I'm criticizing it as a whole since it is hinged on a belief in an imagined deity. Economics, however grand and unpredictable at times, is very real, and has a profound and real effect on all of our lives and is solely based on the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. These are real things. Religion tells you to do something on behalf of an invisible friend.
eddygoombah 4 months ago
@zwiiyt no, I said that economics isn't hinged solely on having an imaginary friend. Please do not suggest I said anything different.
And I do not have faith, in god, nor my IQ, nor my appearance to others. And I am not depressed with life.
Is english your second language? Maybe this is why you are not making any sense, perhaps?
eddygoombah 4 months ago
@zwiiyt IQ is a test of aptitude, a measurable behavior. Beauty is completely subjective. what one person finds ugly, someone else might find beautiful. There is no graduated standard to which something can be graded on beauty. It would be the same thing as saying that there is an empirical way of showing which rock band is the best.
Regardless, this is all moot anyway because it doesn't really have anything to do with why i critique religion and not economics. Please explain.
eddygoombah 4 months ago
@zwiiyt this comment is confusing. How should I react if someone called me dumb and ugly? I have no idea, these are subjective matters that really have no relevance to the conversation. I have no idea how something can be "empirically ugly".
eddygoombah 4 months ago
@zwiiyt You missed my point. Those fields of study are not hinged solely on having an imaginary friend. Economics is a social science that analyzes the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services. It is a real thing that can be tested, measured, studied, predicted, and utilized. Religion is none of these things. I fail to see your point at all.
eddygoombah 4 months ago
@zwiiyt Because at least economics and philosophy don't suggest that I should or should not do certain things because an imaginary friend told them to.
"Everyone needs faith to get on in life" I vehemently disagree with this statement. I would like you to provide evidence where this is true.

dude grow up - you pretend to know what religion, belive and god is for everyone - and you think that is just supposed to be a "super" empirical description of reality -which it is of course not - at least not for all
and that's not just a a modern fad to defend religion - this has (also) been said since the begining

Meh..'God' is just a person's ego, really. Funny thing is god-fearing folk will twist so-called sacred books so that their god agrees with them, rather than them agreeing with scripture as they often like to yell and scream. Essentially doctrine and deity are the same thing.

He went on to say that the “untaught and unstable” have a tendency to “distort” the Scriptures “to their own destruction.” have fun being so pessimistic
buddertopped420 6 months ago
@buddertopped420 I'm not kidding you. Let me put it another way. Say you are a perfect all powerful deity. You create a world with sentient life on it and give them free will. You obviously want them to thrive because you love them. So you want to pass upon some of your infinite and perfect wisdom. Remember, ur god and you cannot do wrong or make mistakes. Not only that but you are benevolent and cannot create evil. So, Is the best way to relay your guidance to your people...(cont)
eddygoombah 6 months ago
@buddertopped420 ..so that they can live by the law and morality you have constructed (which again has to be completely good and perfect) really to only contact them once to just a couple people (who are flawed and prone to misjudgment) in the height of the era of illiteracy? And then go even further by burning those in hell who simply read one of the thousands of different distorted versions of your word and not believing in it? Is this the best you can do as a perfect being?
eddygoombah 6 months ago 4
@buddertopped420 Also, let me make this point perfectly clear: Is the bible the perfect inerrant word of god? If so, which version? I want you to truly answer this. Because if the bible has indeed been distorted by man throughout the years as you and Peter have said, then how can you differentiate what god actually intended to say in the book, and what was added by man? Is there some written log somewhere that shows which parts are god's truth, and which one's are man's abominations?
eddygoombah 6 months ago 7

Would you like me to answer that for you?
zebrarraz 5 months ago
@zebrarraz I'm sorry, but taking a stance defending the idea that adults should have imaginary friends is what is laughable. Who created god? we did. There, I answered it for you. Now I don't have to waste your time in frivolous banter with someone "with limited understanding of philosophy"

and by intervene i mean in everything we do. god gave man free will for many reasons, but i don't expect you to get why. But i see no need to agrue with someone who probably looks up on atheist sites for your slight knowledge on few biblical verses, and tries and pin point the very few passages in the bible that seem to be horrible to fit what you want, without trying to interpret them correctly in any fashion.
buddertopped420 6 months ago in playlist More videos from eddygoombah
@buddertopped420 either the bible is the perfect and inerrant word of your god, or it is not. You cannot have it both ways. If it is made by man, then it is imperfect and should not be heralded as the pinnacle of how one should live one's life, because it is, as you say, made by man and man is imperfect. However, it is indeed the word of the living god, then it should be without error and impossible to misinterpret since it is, and follow me closely here, written by a PERFECT god.

You need to watch one of the several videos on the evolution of bible interpretation and about your rape thing, do you know that several forms of the bible do not even mention rape, but more of a mutual thing. but still watch videos on that like "Deuteronomy 22:28-30 - Re: Ask Pastor Jack Schaap"

eddygoombah 6 months ago
that doesnt mean that at this time we dont have things that we consider to be the most moral outcomes for a situation. We do our best for our time and place, based on what can be done, i.e public opinion, laws, etc. God lets man rule the world, he does no intervene. I can assure you that god does not stand for rape, but because immoral men of that time did, god gives the best way to solve the situation.

he does intervene. The bible itself is proof of that. If he didn't intervene, then how do we receive his "absolute" code of morality?
I think you need to digest your own ideology a bit more before you can try and convince others. I don't think you've fully grasped it yet.
eddygoombah 6 months ago

These things sound odd and unfair now because times have changed so much but in those days things changed very slowly.
buddertopped420 6 months ago in playlist More videos from eddygoombah
@buddertopped420 These things sound odd and unfair because they are odd and unfair. Surely if morality was absolute, as the bible suggests, then these things would not seem odd and unfair at any time. The rules and regs of yesterday should be as sound today as it was yesterday. We aren't talking about the whims of man, but the word of an omniscient god
so again, how is being forced to marry your rapist morally sound?
eddygoombah 6 months ago
@buddertopped420 the fact that you would admit that these rules are strange and unfair today shows that you in fact hold a higher morality than that of the rules set down by whatever deity in the old testament. You, yourself, actually understand this, yet would rather apologize for the strange behaviors and acts god committed in the old testament simply because he is god, instead of seeing it for what the OT is, a collection of arbitrary rules made by superstitious bronze age desert men.
eddygoombah 6 months ago

@buddertopped420 again, you are not refuting anything, only stating that the arguments can be refuted. You call me ignorant, yet you still have yet to demonstrate that you understand the basic tenets of what science and reason are. pot calling kettle black.

Of course you have nothing but contempt for religious people because you are of your father the devil - whom I'm sure you don't believe exist. But what good is all your musings if you bust hell wide open?!
