@coh212 Your evidence, Ottoman empire was not only focused in Turkish lands, some periods they were focused in arab lands so it cannot be just Turkish culture. The majority of historian scholars, islamic scholars, jewish scholars and unreligious scholars have agreed to this principle as that was one of the reasons (Sharia Law). Im not learned as a scholar on this subject and if they all agreed with eachother who am I to disagree. But Allah (SWT) knows best.

Memhet Murat (RA) wrote volumes and volumes of books and dedicated these specific books to his belief not his nation. This is factual knowlegde not something which is a development of national pride.
