@Diamondisha Also, most beach homes also do have pools because of people preferences of where they like to swim. Some do not like salt water, and other times the Beach Water may not be habitable to swim in. But yes, in the game, Sims cannot YET swim on the beach.

ahh okay so this was your first attempt so i wont be hard on you. but i will say this house lacs character and the use of color needs improve. it started out nice but somehow i dont think you had the floor plan will thought out. if i could segest possibly adding more space on top and maybe a full roof some where and then the half roof then maybe it wouldnt look like a wird puzzle to me. but you did do a good job at the begaining.
