I first heard this by Greyson Chance ... then learned it was a cover. So I checked this video out and have to say, that Greyson kid sings the hell out of this song.

@linkrox777 the term "acoustic" doesn't necessarily mean the acoustic guitar. it just refers to a song being played without any elec instruments (i.e keyboard, electric guitar, electric bass).
