I'd imagine an Evil Dan is better off being the biggest joke character of them all. It only makes sense. Dan's the joke shoto. And making an "Evil" archetype is so commonly wished on the shotos it's almost a joke.

Then you think "of all the characters to make evil, it'd be funny if it was Dan" No one expects it. It just sounds so wrong. I'd want to see it as the ultimate joke on players.

Look it up in a search engine to download it but I warn you, the game only provides 1 character and 2 stages from the very start. You'll need to spend some time adding data to customize the game before you can have a lot of characters and stages in the game. But it's very easy and fast to do after you learn how to do it.
