no. it doesn't get you high at all. only gets you light headed depending on how the hookah is made. if you want to get a buzz from hookah. replace the water with something else like wine.

lol it's easy. if you smoke a few times you'll get it. when i first started smoking hookah. i didn't understand how to smoke but little by little i started to get it right.
