I was in Marine Artillery roughly when Fallujah was re-invaded and I know for certain that white phosphorous was not used. I worked as a Scout Observer and also did plenty of time in the FSCC, so I was well aware of what could and couldn't be used.

as a former soldier i can say that i feel used by the government telling us lies to enter the war.

i never killed a man untill i went to iraq, i killed at least 5 in 1yr after the start of the war give or take a month. this haunts me as i am now sure that it was for nothing.

when you are in active duty you are not allowed to publicly comment against the commander and chief, unless you want to get imprisoned.

The reason is because any conflict that America has been involved with since WW2 was never about "democracry". They have been about American business. This includes the "Cold War". The govermment tells you that a given war is "about democracy" because, who can be against that? Right?

its actually a punishable offense to speak publiclly against the president when you are contractually bound to the military and the Uniform code of military justice in which it holds as law.

i learned this fact after about 1 1/2 yrs of service, and it haunted me for the remaining 4 1/2 yrs.

i only say this because from experience in some situations in the military you are specifically denied the ability to be questioned. I had a battle buddy who was apointed as a offical micro-yes man.
