People also need to know that some times the people that they try to network with honestly forget about them (not to be mean but they are busy and probably get a lot of emails). that doesn't mean that you write them a nasty email like "why are you ignoring me!?!" lol Just kindly ask again but come with fresh ideas or new material. =)

great tips! What help the most is being yourself. No one wants to get to know someone who are being someone else or giving off a false image. It is also best to have contact information on hand and ready to give. Alway be prepared

This came at the MOST PERFECT TIME. As part of my photography course, I have to find work experience/ shadow someone within the creative industry (in London, easier said than done.). The first email is the hardest, because it basically has to be perfect. So I've pretty much read all of the comments on the video that will help me, and hopefully write the best email I can. When approaching someone to do work with them, BE PROFESSIONAL. I can't count how many times people have asked to do work with me, and begin the email/message with, "Yo, whuddup dog, i'm tryna do this music thang, and i wanna know if u down to do a track wit me". I can't stand that. It can really get irritating.

This is great information I really appreciate you sharing this :) . Somethings I think are very important is staying positive, staying consistent, and maintaining connects. Also I find many kids in my age group (17 and up) writing complete garbage all over their facebook while the person they are trying to internship for is a facebook friend. HUGE NO NO!Save the garbage for tumblr or something :p
