It just varies... The length of that was 4 inches if I'm not mistaken.

you should make a black t-shirt for her with a skull with a bow on its head and at the bottom saying cute punk. That would be so adorable. You should also make her a black little dress with that color on the tutu on a smaller tutu and attah it together on the top of the dress put 2 cool for preschool. That would be adorable.
