the main manufactuer of the CIGS type of solar panels is Nanosolar :) hopefully that helped you out, you can find thier website and watch a video on how they are made and their efficency rate :)

@bdsolar I couldn't find anything on it, but I believe the origin was probably China.
For it's price, it's a fairly good solar panel.......I use it mostly in the summer or whenever the weather is good enough to charge.
