We cannot allow our earthly situations define our relationship with God. Look at our brother's and sister's experiencing horrendous tortures for sharing the Gospel, they are being tortured for doing the Will of God- where is the prosperity where is the happiness? There is no fleshly happiness or prosperity but they are spiritually rich and joyful beyond description because they know that they are serving the Most High! I pray that we are all given that mindset!

My youth group and i were alpine sledding in Galena, IL right next to the Mississippi river and we were worshiping on the cliff and to the west in Iowa it started to storm....so we sang this song...most moving moment ever!

I had a ct scan last week that revealed a tumor on my pancreas and a small spot on my liver. I went in yesterday to have the spot on my liver biopsied. The doctor performing the ultrasound to find the spot was unable to locate it. She brought in 2 other doctors and they said it had inexplicably disappeared. As I was having the procedure I had been quietly singing this song and praying boldly for a miracle. l still need sugery on my pancreas but am so grateful for God's grace & love.

This song is so special to me. The day I found I was being induced, I also heard that my great grandma, whom I was close to, died of brain cancer. We didn't know she had until a week before her death. She was worrying about when I was going to have the baby, while she was in the hospital. I was so overwhelmed with so much emotio. I turned to this song. It reminds me of that day, that I would soon be given a son & a wonderful woman went to Heaven. I know she is in good company! =)

I had a ct scan last week that revealed a tumor on my pancreas and a small spot on my liver. I went in yesterday to have the spot on my liver biopsied. The doctor performing the ultrasound to find the spot was unable to locate it. She brought in 2 other doctors and they said it had inexplicably disappeared. As I was having the procedure I had been quietly singing this song and praying boldly for a miracle. l still need sugery on my pancreas but am so grateful for God's grace & love.

So, sorry for your pain!! My husband did the same thing many times. Cop, had a child from another, lies, very secretive, hides everything,drinks. He's a very charming nice, funny man, but the pain after 30 years is never worth it. Run they never change. CLING TO CHRISTS SALVATION/LIGHT. GOD BLESS YOU IN THIS PAIN!! This song is so special to me. The day I found I was being induced, I also heard that my great grandma, whom I was close to, died of brain cancer. We didn't know she had until a week before her death. She was worrying about when I was going to have the baby, while she was in the hospital. I was so overwhelmed with so much emotio. I turned to this song. It reminds me of that day, that I would soon be given a son & a wonderful woman went to Heaven. I know she is in good company! =)
