as everyone can see, even though these soldiers were armed with Ak-74M and RPK's they did not resist local police, they were not agressive at all, infact 1 soldier had his hands showing and even showed them to the crowd saying that nothing is wrong... while Georgian police can clearly be seen pushing & kicking them for no reason!
