It was great hustle by Price, but he fouled Walton. It's just that simple. He hit him fairly hard on the head with his arm as he hit the ball with his hand. At Staples, foul is called, but it was in Utah, so it's a good block. The refs are horrible. If the Lakers hit one more free throw, they win in regulation. The Jazz will lose.
