Hey, give it a break. It wasn't my first option, but it IS my very first car, and so far, it's been good. It might not look like the coolest car in the block, but it's a smooth ride.

they dont call american cars "belt squealin charlie's" for nothing LOL.....the new ford focus is SOOO much better exterior and interior wise then the last focus :D my friend just bought a brand new black sedan focus :D

I wasn't as impressed with Ford, I'm more of a Chevy or Dodge guy, but come on! 35 mpg, SYNC, this new Focus really turns me around

Surprised to lose market-share to Honda & Toyota when we are getting the watered down version of everything and Europe gets the nicer models?!
At least GM smartened up and now selling the Astra here, same as Opel Astra in Europe, No changes, Thank God!

The US/Canada model doesn't come in a hatchback I'm afraid. Only sedan and coupe. Might be a mistake by Ford since the hatch was the best selling model of the Focus.

Well that was boring. Ford will have to accomplish 3 things before I buy one of these.
Make it as quick as my old ZX2 (0-60 7.8sec)
Make it as feul efficient as my ZX2 (40 mpg)
Make the rear wheels actually look like 17s instead of 13s in relation to the sheet metal.
Accomplish these criteria ford, and I will be standing in line.
