According to Allkpop... the clown is supposed to be Hyori's ex-boyfriend; who hurt her. She is the luggage. He's trying to get rid of her (breaking mirror), but she keeps haunting him with her memories. (The balloons and the shoes..) All she is saying is that she wants to be loved again.

I actually thought that the clown was her. I had a totally different theory about this MV. lol
