KOF fucking sucks its the most broken ass, cheapest fighting game on the planet. hell its the superman64/battletoads of fighting games and that's saying it sucks ass. the only good thing about it are the graphics but gameplay is utter Bullshit

The only thing I really liked about this KOF was May Lee. My '99 main Xiangfei sucked too much in this game and I absolutely hated how the striker system was handled. Plus there was the horrible music. They should have stuck to how it was in 2000. All in all I think that it's a general fact that this is the worst KOF ever.

Well zeo94 Bao still has some of his powers just barely, but can still use the "Psycho Ball Crash" and other special attacks overall his original "Psycho Ball Attack" is a bit small but does some damage and it does have short range, but he's still useful. Don't Knock Till You Try It! ^_^

Yeah they also made KOF 2002 so that also explains why it was such an unbalanced game :/ But SNK is doing a remake of 2002 and it's looking out great. I wish they would make it for more consoles than just the PS2 <_<

then you don't like the best stuff 'cause i heart few people complain about it, and the music! come on! it's the only good music kof has ever had (well 97,98 are cool too) but this is all new music style, more like techno

I know you may not like it because some tracks don't fit with the game, but the music itself it's pretty cool

you can do great combos in 2001, in fact athena looks cool and the music, is not bad at all, it's just your likes but not because of that would be worst than other version

It's all opinion. Yeah, I'm sure a lot of people like 2001, and a lot of people don't. Pretty much everyone I know thought Athena's look and the music sucked as well.

Though this didn't influence my opinion or anything, I thought that before anyway.

And though I don't know if it's better then 99, It's definitely not better then 2000, that and 98 are the best games in the series. In my OPINION.

Well, I'm warming up to it I guess. It's just my least favorite. And I was doing playthroughs from 94 to 2002, so excluding 2001 would be kind of dumb.
