im kinda new to the dc universe as a kid i read marvel mags but the justice league shows really won me over.however i like the powers of some of these characters its kinda funny to me its 2010 and they still have these silly 60s style villans and heros with corny names and getups, realyy now, amazo? shazam?these guys have a cool premise but therye really wack in the same sense..even supermans kinda stale..reinvent these guys already..doomsday is probaly the coolest villian they have.,

Not really, the power levels of all Marvel and DC characters are stated in Marvel and DC's websites with cooberating information coming from the Marvel and DC database.
When comparing characters we go by canon, Marvel's canon has always been Marvel 616 and DC's canon has been New Earth since 2005.
Films and cartoons are non-canon, they don't count towards the character's actual abilities.
Superman/Spiderman #2 Hulk and Supes clashes......supes wins. Hulk vs supes 1996 marvel/DC crossover...that was the fan vote and wasnt very good. and Hulk vs superman in 1999......ok, this one was a bit more detailed with hulk winning the first match and supes completely beating him the second time around. But supes admitted he underestimated him the first time around. But they still make supes superior.
All crossovers are considered non-canon and fan votes aren't counted as they are clearly biased.
Superman/Spider-Man #2:
Superman doesn't beat Hulk, he destroys, Dr Doom's transmitter which is being used to control Hulk. As Hulk is being controlled it is discounted as credible fight.
Marvel/DC Crossover:
The fight ends with Superman throwing Hulk at Lex and destroying the gamma gun. There is no declaration of Superman winning the fight at it was disrupted and is therefore a draw.

Arctic breath won't work on Hulk, it's a defensive ability which holds the enemy in a icy "shell" which Hulk can break free from and wouldn't even be affected by the freezing temperature.
Heat vision is only unidirectionally focused beams of heat and while they can supposedly reach the temperature of the sun, Hulk can survive both the temperature and the impact.
Remember what he did to doomsday though ? Lobotomy, hulk would survive and maybe re-grow the damaged portions but that might win the fight for superman.

im kinda new to the dc universe as a kid i read marvel mags but the justice league shows really won me over.however i like the powers of some of these characters its kinda funny to me its 2010 and they still have these silly 60s style villans and heros with corny names and getups, realyy now, amazo? shazam?these guys have a cool premise but therye really wack in the same sense..even supermans kinda stale..reinvent these guys already..doomsday is probaly the coolest villian they have.,

And even if hulk does revive or something, doomsday will eventually become a god-like creature with nothing being able to destroy him. Doomsday can revive an unlimited number of times and i could bet that hulk can't. If you don't believe me, think mathematicaly. If you try out every single way to kill doomsday (which i agree would take around infinity of years) doomsday will become completely invincible and kill the hulk!

You people could who are discussing hulk vs doomsday. Although most of you think he won't, but doomsday would win. Look,doomsday develops complete immunity to everything he dies by. Hulk would kill doosmday in all kinds of ways (smashing punching, ripping in half, throwing into outer space, breaking back, grinding face against ground etc.), but afterall, doosmday would just keep on comming back to life with an immunity to every single one of these ways. the only chance thor has. is probably using god blast before hulk's durability and powers become TOO POWERFUL. odinforce thor would make him very powerful as of getting unlimited supply of power just like hulk. only mjolnir would be able to hurt hulk, but hulk's durability would again, surpass mjolnir's attacks. as for god blast killing hulk...im not sure. if it was able to make galactus run like a baby, it would probably take hulk down for the count, but again, he has seconds......

superman would be killed by thor if he didnt hold back, no doubt about it. thor goes odinforce or warrior madness, and his magical abilities would surely kill supes as he is vulnerable to magic. as for thor killing hulk? u wanna tell me that thor's magic can kill him, when he survived dr. strange's strongest blasts and didnt even get affected? magic doesnt really do a lot. only odinforce thor can probably kill hulk. but he only has a matter of seconds to kill him until his durability rises.

BUT, im not saying that hulk would be able to kill doomsday after that either so....yea. doomsday creating inventions wouldnt help cuz technology even celestial cannot take down hulk. his fire breath wont do anything to hulk.doomsday's growing immunity is the only thing that is superior to hulk's/ as for speed, they are about equal as for leaping to other planets and stuff. so hulk>doomsday period.

The creators themseves said they had to power SilverAqe Supes down because he was so powerful and they couldnt write stories for him . Zod wasn't even a physical match for Supes in Silver aqe .

@SavageBezerkEclipse ??? doomsday isnt better than hulk. hulk has unlimited supply of strength, which doomsday doesn't have, but he is VERY strong. hulk's regeneration becomes A LOT faster after getting more pissed off, so he outclasses him in healing. hulk's durability also rises with his strength, so hulk would eventually match up to his resistance. hulk would kill doomsday, but of course he would revive somehow. then after that, doomsday doesnt really have anything to kill hulk.

Not really, the power levels of all Marvel and DC characters are stated in Marvel and DC's websites with cooberating information coming from the Marvel and DC database.
When comparing characters we go by canon, Marvel's canon has always been Marvel 616 and DC's canon has been New Earth since 2005.
Films and cartoons are non-canon, they don't count towards the character's actual abilities.

Superman/Spiderman #2 Hulk and Supes clashes......supes wins. Hulk vs supes 1996 marvel/DC crossover...that was the fan vote and wasnt very good. and Hulk vs superman in 1999......ok, this one was a bit more detailed with hulk winning the first match and supes completely beating him the second time around. But supes admitted he underestimated him the first time around. But they still make supes superior.

All crossovers are considered non-canon and fan votes aren't counted as they are clearly biased.
Superman/Spider-Man #2:
Superman doesn't beat Hulk, he destroys, Dr Doom's transmitter which is being used to control Hulk. As Hulk is being controlled it is discounted as credible fight.
Marvel/DC Crossover:
The fight ends with Superman throwing Hulk at Lex and destroying the gamma gun. There is no declaration of Superman winning the fight at it was disrupted and is therefore a draw.

And crossovers are the ONLY WAY to settles anything. they are what they are, a story told by both parties. now go to that site and it clearly explains how much of a losing fight the hulk would be in over superman. and that is as non-biased as they come. And those other two stories.......were unbiased.

Where is it documented?
DC and Marvel declared the fight in the '99 crossover a draw and since the fight in Superman/Spider-Man #2 wasn't even considered a fight because Hulk wasn't in control it again isn't counted as a victory.
Non-canon crossovers have to adapt the characters to each other, Hulk is said to have unlimited strength both unofficially and officially which makes him stronger than Superman.

There is no psi for ANY character, so that is either made-up by you or someone else.
Superman's abilities aren't even effective against Hulk, as Superman has one higher level offensive power and that's heat vision, which as everyone knows won't affect Hulk because of Hulk's skin.
Hulk gets stronger as he gets angrier which means that he hits harder and harder every time.
Get actual and official facts from Marvel and DC instead of making them up.

The marvel comic Hulk stats always said he could lift about 100 tons initially. Superman can lift many thousands of tons. Superman's base strength is just too much. Superman also has limitless strength, as long as he has a yellow sun, he can replenish/regenerate/even supercharge his powers/strength, Hulk DOES have a LIMIT to his strength

You see, in the Sentry fight, Hulk got TIRED!!. The strength scale classifies Hulk as 100+ meaning he can lift more than 100 tons, Hulk does not grow tired because his body does not produce lactic acid and overproduces adrenalin which makes him increasingly stronger. Marvel have also given his strength to be unlimited.
Superman does not have limitless strength, his classification is 100+ but that does not mean that he can lift any amount, it means that a limit has not been declared.
State your sources because they are wrong.

No they don't, Superman is shown as a class 100+ so is Hulk and the FACT that Marvel say that Hulk has unlimited strength and that he is the strongest mean that he is stronger than Superman, that's why I used him as an example.

Feats say nothing as Superman used both strength AND FLIGHT to move the planet, it says nothing about how strong he is if he uses more than one power.
The longer Hulk is in a fight the angrier he gets and the angrier he gets the stronger he gets. Hulk's power isn't measured by the sum of all of his powers and abilities combined, as we are only talking about strength, it is only his strength which is being measured.

the juggernaut is powered by magic and is physically invulnerable. superman is mortal. superman has never had a proper fight with the hulk and i dont think hes ever fought juggernaut period. like i said before, the hulk has tied and even beat marvel's superman equivalents. all the Hulk has is strength and durability, while they had super speed and a host of other powers, meaning the hulk MUST be stronger and more durable than them. dont get me started on the juggernaut, hes kicked the hulk's ass

juggernaut has never fought gladiator. and you said hulk would smash gladiator while gladiator is SUPERMAN'S EQUAL! superman has limits, the sun is not infinite, it has a finite amount of energy, thus superman has a measurable power cap, while the hulk and juggernaut have never reached one. as for doomsday, i dont know enough about that character to comment on it.

juggernaut cant get KOED from superman's punch, hes physically invulnerable. whoever wrote that terrible cross over knows nothing about the juggernaut and just wants to make DC look good BAD WRITING. like i said before, superman either doesnt have super speed anymore, or he just doesnt use it. PLENTY of people have been able to beat down superman with just their strength and without a speed blitz. how do you explain that? again, hulk manages to pound guys with super speed too.

Actually you take of Juggernauts helmet and his vunerable to mental attacks and now im not making this up, but superman has trained his mind for mental forms of combat, its in the actual guide to superman by DK. Also Superman has fought and beat imperiex, who is the creator of the "Big bang", Superman doesnt have a power cap, if you read allstar superman superman bench presses a quintillion tons with one arm and he still didnt find his upperstrength. In the batman and superman public enemies movie, batman floors grundy in a few punches and kicks (and a gas that wasnt specified as 'sleep' gas, but it wouldnt make senes if it was).

Its pretty good, batman and superman look good in it. Kind of a weird patriotic angle. Grundy basically tries too open batmans mask and it sprays stuff on him that stuns him and then batman whacks him.

Arctic breath won't work on Hulk, it's a defensive ability which holds the enemy in a icy "shell" which Hulk can break free from and wouldn't even be affected by the freezing temperature.
Heat vision is only unidirectionally focused beams of heat and while they can supposedly reach the temperature of the sun, Hulk can survive both the temperature and the impact.

No he didn't, that was Justice Lord Superman, not Justice League Superman. Lord was from an alternate timeline, his actions do not apply to League Superman
Even so, heat vision is just focused heat beams and Hulk isn't affected by high temperatures or narrow heat impacts.
JL Grundy is different from PE Grundy, add that to the circumstances of the fight and you have an explination as to why Batman beat Grundy even though Superman is stronger.

Even if Superman did that to Doomsday, it doesn't mean that he could do it to Hulk,
The benchmark is the "New Earth" Superman in DC comics, the cartoon versions don't really count.
The DCAU benchmark actually has a better continuity than the comics, but the movies don't really have a common continuity.
