  • I spent nearly 120 days (inpatient) in the hospital receiving chemotherapy. Nasty stuff. But it'll pass before you know it. Time will fly once you get used to the schedule. Good luck with everything. Oh, and drink lots of water, too.

  • Any time I feel sorry for myself, I suddenly remember how much worse a lot of other people have it. 120 days, inpatient? I guess 8 weeks outpatient isn't that rough...

  • Finally, it's chemo time! Hat Party was pretty good, but I was getting ready to "take it to the next" level. If you're looking for something to cheer you up post-chemo, I might recommend doing a search on youtube for "Happy The Vagina Biting Dog."

  • Melissa and I are in Raleigh, for an I Eat Pandas show tomorrow... what better way to pass the time than watch your chemo nightmare! Glad to know that you are starting, and it went as well as can be expected. Smooches (That was Melissa.) ~Travis

  • Hi Morgan, don't forget to drink lots of water, I forgot my first time and only remembered once my kidneys started to ache! Doh! I'm not too far behind you treatmentwise.. just started having my second round of GCSF injections in preparation for another stem cell harvest. Hopefully I'll be starting my chemo in a couple of weeks. Take care! ..and relax it's not as scary as you imagine :) ...Ron

  • Thanks for the encouragement, and good luck! So far, so good with the water.
