The other day I brought home a little glass penguin figurine for my BF. Albert, my wheaten, saw me take it out and hung on my arm until I showed it to him. He loves checking stuff out! I think if I put a lollipop in front of him, he would eat it! He has been known to get into candy... Your dog is very, very cute! I don't think what you did could be deemed as cruel (after reading what some others wrote). The dog obviously knows you are playing! :)

My Wheatens are afraid of Bed Bath and Beyond. Gawd I hate getting dragged in there. So I got the Wheatens to develop a dread of going close to there. Great excuse to get out of shopping for towels or sheets.

I love wheatens! My wheaten is 4 months old, he is so cute and funny! Its gotten to the point where I'm worried because he is so cute right now with his amber colored hair, and he is going to be completely white as an adult. Wonder how thats going to turn out.
