Well good ol Roy did coach at KU for a great 15 years not 30.

I know he jumped ship to all you KU fans, but mind you Bill Self won you a championship remember that.

I was able to take a class at KU, guest lectured for one week by Dr. Bob Frederick. He introduced me to the six pillars of character, which I was able to share with my players every preseason when I became a high school basketball coach. I spoke with him after class on one occasion and he sincerely took the time to talk, to offer his wisdom and best wishes. I've tried to take the things I learned from him and apply them wherever I have gone.
