i always find that my shampoo runs out faster than the conditioner. you're not supposed to use huge amounts of conditioner, it weighs your hair down and it isnt good for your hair to use too much conditioner.

I agree, I LOVE tresemme. It turned my rats next hair from hard water, back into my bouncy curls! I get the same thing with the shampoo lasting longer. XD

*I'd like to point out though, it's been proven that you do NOT need to constantly switch brands. Hair does NOT get used to a certain brand.

Here is a tip!! If you still want to be extra protective that your hair doesnt break, you can comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb. It will help....... but you dont have to do it!!! Just a suggestion!!!! THanks!!!

it happens to me too, the shampoo lasting longer despite buying them on the same day. i think its the volume of the two liquids. even though we use equal amounts, the conditioner is thicker, therefore less of it goes in.

There's more shampoo even though you use the same amount of conditioner is because the shamoo is more silky(if thats the right word) and gelly and goey so even though you use the same amount it will go by slower because the conditioner is more Fat (that was the only word i could find) and it makes you use more of it i use the same Shampoo it is Great! Except i buy it from Costco Wholesale, thats the only place which is near me so that i can buy a larger size anyway thats is my conclusion so bye

You should not brush you hair when it is wet. Only when it is dry!

When your hair is wet it breaks very easily. So dont brush your hair unless it is dry.

I cant use the shampoo because it has sodium Laural sulfate in it and Im allergic to it it makes my hair fall out in clumps so I do the no poo method with the anti breakage conditioner and my hair is a lot more healthy and hardly any hair falls out just the normal amount

Yeah, Tresemme shampoos and conditioners work good for more normal to oily hair types. I have dry hair because I'm naturally a redhead and I used the Tresemme Moisture shampoo and conditioner and it dried out my hair soo bad and made my scalp so itchy, but my friend has rather oily hair and when she tried it she loved it. The Tresemme styling products work wonders, though. I love Tresemme's heat protectants, mousses and hair sprays

No No, any stylist who knows better should tell you Pantene is no good. It's full of waxes and you'd have to use a ton of it in order for it to really be beneficial. Speak to your stylist and see what they say.

Anytime I'm not using something of higher quality I'm using Tressemme. It works great, you just can't over use it or it will make your hair heavy. But if you are looking for a FABULOUS shampoo and conditioner go watch my review video on Iden products :-)

All the tresemme shampoos are good ACEPT the smooth and silky one because its the only one that has ammonium lauryl and laureth, so its not the best one but the conditioner is good.

Yesss ): It's filled with a bunch of waxes and silicones that actually coat your hair, which causes it to look and feel "soft and shiny". Some people have actually been able to comb off the wax D: If you want to use it, I suggest buying a cleansing shampoo and using it once a week to get it out. Pantene starts out working, but eventually ruins your hair.

It's not necessarily BAD for your hair, it just isn't good for it. Most likely your hair isn't going to be unhealthy for using it but it doesn't do anything for it. It's also very watered down so in order to see a result you'd have to use a bizarre amount :)

No problem! Yup, Tresemme I'm pretty sure is one of the best drugstore shampoos and conditioners out there, if not the best. You should feel good about using it! Like I said though, you can always buy a cleansing shampoo and use that with Pantene if you dont want to stop using it.

I used it a few times I can't remember if I liked it or not but it's been forever since I last used it. Plus they use it on animals :/ One reason why I am going to use Tressmme. Dove and Suave uses it on animals too..bleh. Plus it's nice to switch to different shampoos. One of my friend uses Tressmme and she LOVES it!

I like Tresemme, also. There's new kind out now- it's called Thermal Protection and it's really nice. One thing I hate is those big bottles are very cumbersome to hold and open in the shower.

I love the big bottles..especially with Tresemme. Tresemme is one product that actually is good for your hair and so that big bottle goes a long long loooong way. But, they now have the pump bottles which are wonderful. And if a pump doesn't come with the product you prefer, just buy it seperate :-). Thanks for the comment!

That's the whole point. Conditioner has a thicker consistency so you aren't supposed to use as much. Also, a lot of people don't use it on their scalp daily because they may have oily hair, so they only apply it to the ends.

It is good to change your shampoos. Hair isn't good when it gets complacent with one certain product. Switching it up is good for it. But, if it's been unhealthy lately just evaluate what you've been doing differently, get some moisturizing products, ALWAYS use a heat protecter, air dry it, etc. etc. Little things add up to BIG results!

actually the bottle gets a hole in it because after you have got some conditioner on your hand and you shut the lid , all excess air in the bottle .

Yea. It's my living room and the couch is underneath my lap top. But, it's bare because we aren't doing anything with our rooms until after deployment. Plus we aren't allowed to pants and stuff :-( But they are DEFINITELY worth it! They are a really high quality professional brand for cheap.
