The thing is to be happy I think, I've never drank much at all, did a few drugs but not for long except smoking for about 10 years or so... but life has been a real battle due to a very unhappy ex wife and me being custodial parent...a decade of twice a year in court and being accused of every lousy deed a parent and father could be accused of... and never did anything wrong but be a good parent. Work at the happy, and you won't look like life has beaten you as I have been.
