@MCCAWMETHOD This was probably more preventative so as to train the muscles that support 360 degrees of movement. And if you bothered to listen, they wanted to practice coordination.
@MCCAWMETHOD ?? It's similar to agility ladder drills and definitely more specific than trendy bosu balance trainers (not knocking bosu, but those don't help movement either unless you plan on rolling ankles).
