  • you know your watching an old video when they say air jordan and they ain't talkin bout shoes.

  • One of the greatest matches

  • How I wish I could turn back time to 20 years back !

  • I loved this rivalry as a kid. Those two were some of the best technical wrestlers ever.

  • commentators really were the secret that made the events in those days...bobby heenan and gorilla monsoon...and even macho man at times for example, added so much to the spectacle... You don't believe me? mute the video...

they really cared about personalities back then... less so now, which is a shame. I think the roids when to mcmahons head.

  • Thumbs up for the Hulk Hogan look alike in the front row at 3:27

  • I loved the promo before the match...

Bret Hart: My dad beat his dad!

Mr. Perfect: Your dad never beat my dad!

  • wrestling clinic right here

  • Nutter Center has terribly uncomfortable seats.

  • One of the best Matches i ever saw

  • Perfect does the behind-the-back towel toss with both hands. Perfect!

  • @1Eu4ic Yeah and Hebner didn't botch the catch either! Now that's PERFECT!

  • this Match is one of my Top 10 matches of all time

  • Ain't seen a headlockon raw in forever

  • should of been final

  • Excellente part 1 I like!!!

  • This was real wrestling,r.I.p perfect

  • whos the one who comments? hulk hogan?

  • @Prince1000able Blasphemy! It's Macho Man.

  • @r3dfiv3 aha...it sounds like hulk hogan....nvm

  • Wow here you can see almost every possible wrestling move in 11 Minutes

Just amazing quality it doesnt get any better then this

Poor 8 to 15 year old kids today have to watch WWE Bullsh*t

while my generation had these amazing quality matches

  • Holy Sh*t Bret Hart looked young back then

Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels are the best technical Wrestlers ever

I also love The Macho Man on commentary he has the manliest voice i ve ever heard in my Life

  • they're technical gods

  • Macho Man with the commentary with Bobby The Brain and Jim Ross... CLASSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • live from the nutter center

  • This is wrestling...

  • bret is goood...but he will never be....perfect...

  • lol at Earl lookin' like "what the fuck am I supposed to do with this" when Curt flipped him his towel

  • I love how Macho Man brought up that SummerSlam '91 match. Very rarely back then did they do continuity with storylines from years past. Nice touch.

  • @Antrizzle2009 actually mate that's all they did back then, its today where everything's stupid, forgotten and never makes sense.

  • @Antrizzle2009

That was more of a legendary match than a storyline. I miss the era of wrestling when there was no stupid internet spoilers or rumors.

  • @XXDodgerSoxxXX86 na didnt miss era can download it thansk to teh internet other day i download all raw is war 99,98,97 all episode gotta love internet sometimes.

  • 2 great wrestlers who just 'clicked', kinda like HBK and Davey Boy

  • There's no way Vince Sr. is proud with Vince Jr. after turning wrestling into a mockery of itself. All I have are these old videos. Thanks for the upload. =)

  • 2 incredibly epic wrestlers. not much needs to be said about bret, we all know his story...but mr perfect is a guy who might be the best ever in the wwf/e to never win the world title. RIP

  • @El2lk Well put!

  • 2 of the best giving a great match, Nuff Said!

  • I checked the Mr Perfect match where he teams with Bret against Lex Luger and Razor Ramon is on Dailymotion uploaded by a guy called stinger81

  • Mr. Perfect > Curt Hennig

  • its like watching it again was 16 yearts ago, don´t know who wins^^ pitty curt henning dies due to drugs so early...

  • theres only one Mr.Perfect and youre looking at him

  • This is how KOTR should've been. where two wrestlers meet in the semi-finals (or finals) that you'd never thought you'd see face each other. Of course Hart/Perfect had matches prior to this, but at this time both were babyfaces so the fact that too babyfaces were meeting makes this interesting. Unfortunately you'd never see something like this again at KOTR.

  • great match

  • 2 of my favorite wrestlers of all time :)

  • This is a real wrestling match.

  • Comment removed

  • This is wrestling !

  • The Macho Man said it best, "This is a classy match."

  • Anyone have their match at SS91?, that match was probably one of the best SS matches of all time. I can't find it on youtube only highlights/

  • @ReymundoValdez buy the DVD cheap ass

  • @RegaLPleX08 actually I got the match now.

  • that sounds like Jay lethal

  • @adam765432 how old are you 12?

  • I'm glad they brought up the previous match at Summerslam during the commentary. Savage was wrong in one respect though; Mr. Perfect was managed by The Coach by the time Summerslam 91 rolled around, not by Heenan

  • DOLPH ZIGGLER IS THE NEW MR PERFECT!

  • @legendkiler101 fail

  • @legendkiler101 Fail big time. What an insult to Mr. Perfect

  • Perfect is and was Perfect!

  • Don't get me wrong, Hitman was pretty cool but Perfect was the best!

  • Their match at Summerslam 92 was much better.

  • @StuUngar summerslam 91

  • this is the next century, where the universe is free

  • Two of the greatest of all time. To me, at the time this seemed normal...but now I realise just how good the quality was. Nobody today could have a match like this - selling and reversing as well as this. Legendary.

  • Commentary was already taking it's first turn downhill. Not talking about Randy Savage either. I liked Savage. Bobby Heenan and Gorilla Monsoon were the best commentating twosome ever. Is this JR? I never did like him, and Jerry Lawler even less.

  • @RicoLen1 Vince paired with anyone would be the worst team ever; he sucked that bad. At least they are actually talking about the match that's right in front of them. J.R. got better as he got older. Savage doesn't count. Nowadays, the commentary is spent hyping a main even that will suck and during the main event they talk about nothing at all; not even THAT match that 's right in front of them. Monsoon & Ventura were hilarious & Monsoon & Hennan.

  • @outshined9981 I honestly didn't have a problem with Vince. Heenan was about as good as they get though.

But as far as the match is concerned, you notice how these guys don't appear to be anticipating the next attack from their opponent? Now all you ever see from the guys in the ring are them watching their opponent out of the corner of their eye or blatantly just gawking at the other guy as he climbs the top rope, then they straighten themselves out so the move hits them cleanly.

  • I always wanted to see those two as a tag team couple. Shame that never hapened though. A big shame. R.I.P Curt Hennig

  • @TheForgotten82 do you mean mr perfect and bret hart as a team? because that DID happen there is footage of them against razor and lex on youtube, or dailymotion well there WAS perhaps it's gone now, because it was filmed on a camcorder, anyway have a look at it, if you can find it!

  • @TheBarrymanfan dumbass...it was Savage and Perfect vs Flair and Ramon at Survivor Series....

  • @RegaLPleX08 Listen thicko! i am WELL aware that Perfect teamed with Savage, but what i am saying is Perfect wrestled in a tag match with BRET as his partner AGAINST Lex Luger and Razor Ramon, there IS footage of it on either youtube or Dailymotion, Perfect is in Blue trunks with black segment and it was filmed on a camcorder, go and find it and then see if you can still call me a dumbass. you tosser!!

  • I love that dropkick @6:53

  • is this place really called the Nutter centre

  • @QuikDrawMcRaw

    You saw it didn't you!?

  • now that is story tellin thru a match!!... no body could hav greater matches than bret perfect davy boy flair stem boat harley race billy gramn shawn these guys are wat made me fall in love wit wrestling back wen i thought it was real... shit can u blame me, look at this match these guys are sellin this match as real as hell.. grade A shit rip curt

  • Why is the Macho Man commentating for?

  • @flightsnhike226 he took a lot of ring time off during '93-'94 - this is '93 - to recover from at least 2 knee surgeries.

  • @flightsnhike226 He lost a retirement match to Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemania.

  • @gjfwang That's not really true. He wrestled plenty after that warrior match at wm 7. They had one of those $2.99 ask your parents permission to call and vote for Randy Savage to be reinstated. He "came back" to fight Jake Roberts at Tuesday in Texas. Later fought Flair at WM8, fought Warrior again at Summerslam 93. Teamed with Perfect at Survivor Series. Tho, Vince started phasing him out from a wrestling capacity.

That's the main reason Savage left for WCW.

  • I hope all the bums who think Cena is great watch this . This is the kind of wrestling that got me hooked to watching WWF back when wrestling was wrestling not the stupid shit it has become nowadays . Cena doesn't deserve to be anything more than a water carrier for guys like these .

  • Both great wrestlers, i read Bret's book and he said that this was one of the best matches of his career. RIP Mr. Perfect aka Curt henning

  • IMO 2 of the best in-ring technical wrestlers ever. Brett "Hitman" Hart vs "Mr Perfect" Curt Henning.

  • Excellence vs Perfection

  • side note: howard finkel = best announcer in wwe history. he made u understand how big a match was before it even started, but great match. i miss these days

  • I would graduate high school in this building 10 years later

  • Bret Hart & Mr Perfect... 2 of the top 5 wrestlers of all time! I'd also have Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels and Owen Hart in there :D

  • @budwhite1

Ultimate Warrior surely deserves a shout.

  • @Livicsf

  • @budwhite1 as far as skill go and ability, cant argue with that. Didnt austin started off as pretty good technical wrestler? Word on there street is that even though as Stone Cold, he was known more asa brawler, he never lost his technical skills

  • @benzo560

Yeh, i remeber watching Austin in like 1993 when in was in WCW and thinking he was distinctivelty better than the rest! As far as big brawlers are concerned i'd prob go with The Undertaker, Sycho Sid, Kane, Brock Lesnar and Triple H :D

  • good chain wrestling at about 2:50 that's becoming a lost art in proffesional wrestling

  • Isn't this the place that Bret returned to the WWE on Jan 4? Yeah he mentioned the King of the Ring. Which makes me wonder why the heck they got rid of this PPV?! I hate the new PPVs.

  • curt hennig was the man...

  • this is proper wrestling! dont get matches like these anymore, this match was better than there one @ summerslam91 which was also a classic

  • @MegaShaboy no summerslam 91 was better, and the ending of this one was as perfect said BOGUS!!!

  • Bobby Heenan chastising Jim Ross(I think?) at the beginning is hilarious..."Get it right, or I'll have to dump you!(jump you?) LMAO!

  • I'd almost forgotten how awesome wreslting could be... this right here is truly inspirational for aspiring wrestlers and fans alike. :)

  • I think before this match they had a "my dad is better then your dad" promo together, very good stuff.

  • Two of the greatest (maybe THE greatest) workers and all-around wrestler ever.

  • Bret "Hitman" Hart 4 EVER!!! :)

    Mr. Perfect 4 EVER!!! :) R.I.P

This is one of the best matches ever! Today's wrestling doesn't even come close to this wrestling!

  • BRET HART RULES!!!!!!!!!!

  • When wrestling was at tits best!

  • @Schlitz101 *its best!!

  • Beautiful match, two of the greatest technicians ever

  • Absolutely. Perfect such a great heel & what a wrestler - he died too soon.

  • I love the fact that Macho Man brought up the SummerSlam '91 match in his commentary. They almost never brought up past matches like that back then.

  • 1 of my faves

  • except Mr. Perfect is a baby face in this match..both him the Hitman were faces at this time...I think that makes this match a little bit better, then Summer Slam 1991

  • two of the best ever, today wrestling is shit, only entertaining

  • @jimhellwick129 i think today its not even entertaining, that was much more entertaining

  • God I loved watching these two work the only person I liked to watch Bret wrestle half as much was Owen Bret by far will always be the best in ring wrestler to ever step in that ring

  • Absolutely PERFECT

  • Bret and Mr. Perfect only did like 4 signature moves yet I still was entertain. I love the way the old wrestler change momentum, today the momentum is changing on every fucking move

  • U put guys like Bret Hart & Mr.Perfect in the ring & u r sure 2 get your moneys worth & then some

  • CLASSIC! You could never go wrong with these two guys.

  • mr.perfect should have been champ atleast 4-5 times he was just simply bad ass

  • *Sighs The good ol` days

  • they should have gave perfect a world title run he was such a good heel and one of the best wrestlers back then

  • Now that's some wrestling. You sure as shit don't see that anymore.

  • I love watching the old matches by far more entertaining than what is like now!!!

  • @xiomararbdrebels I agree, we wrestling fans are watching a lost era of wrestling at the moment not like the good old days.

  • hitman, perfect and michaels were by far the most fun to watch back then

  • great match

  • who did Perfect beat in the earlier rounds?

  • Mr Perfect beat Doink The Clown in the 1st round and he beat Mr Hughes by DQ earlier in this PPV when Hughes hit him with the urn he had stolen from Undertaker

  • Comment removed

  • Mr Perfect beat Mr Hughes by DQ

  • @doowoppingchainsawer He beat Doink the Clown three times to get here

  • This is what wrestling is all about. None of this John Cena fucking bullshit. You cant see meee....that's because you cant wrestle.

  • @2WIREG LMAO

  • @2WIREG Big part of being a great wrestler is being built like one. Take 3 of the best of all time: Bret Hart, Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle those guys were built the right way. Obviously they are all big muscle men but they are not bodybuilders or overtly huge to the point where it is a detriment to their physique. I worry for wrestling ecause with the advent of UFC the relationship between amateur and pro wrestling is on the rocks. You need people like Hart and Angle celebrated amateurs turning pro

  • @bpatrice49 Bret Hart wasn't really a celebrated amateur. Dynamite used to stretch him and beat him up in matches when the mood hit him right.

  • @2WIREG

You are so right. Bret Hart in the ring, and Macho Man behind the commentary mic...can there ever be a more enjoyable wrestling match???

BTW, yeah fuck John Cena. Nothing but a consummate Marky Mark impersonator.

  • @2WIREG lol i dont c him cause i dont wona c him just like i dont wona c raw nowdays

  • @2WIREG Cena can wrestle. He is just not the best in the world, but he can wrestle. And I'm pretty sure that he is better than you. So when you're not better yourself, STFU!

  • @RoslevZtar

Hmmmm 78 thumbs up on my comment proves you wrong. So keep crying like all cena fans. He fucking sucks. Wrestling sucks. You are 30 and your crying because I dont like cena lmfao. Where did i say i was better than him? Keep putting words in my mouth.

  • @2WIREG

Im not a huge fan of CENA but I know my shit when it comes to WWF/E he can wrestle just look at his debut match with Kurt Angle. The reason why he doesn't do scientific holds is well Vince made him brawler and he thinks that could put over a crowd and plus he's just a lazy bastard

  • @jeffplaysska your a sad...sad little man....Angle taught that green goblin how to work. You mark

  • @RegaLPleX08

he never learned from Angle wrestling school taught most people how to work including cena but once again Cena is lazy

  • @2WIREG

and If cena ever pays his dues in NJPW or any promotion in japan I'll have a little respect for that guy because thats where all the Wrestling is at

  • before this bret hart only won 1 n the last 2 was a draw in madison square garden until summer slam 1991 bret hart won n this 2 lol

    hitman 2 n perfect 0

  • @MrPerfect19571 there is a match where perfect pinned bret it's dubbed in french on youtube or dailymotion...bret 2 perfect 1

  • how was mr perfects dad?

  • @supper619nino Bulky guy, a strong man and imposing figure for his day, but would not be considered all that great by today's fan.

  • I agree. Perfect and Million Dollar Man were great. Both would become World Champion if they were around today, but unfortunately they were around during a time where the belt did not move much.

  • You mean a time where the title actually meant something.

  • Man perfect was so smooth with damn near everything he did, him and hit man, and I agree with delukard, million dollar man was one of if not the best technical wrestler, probably top 5 for sure, and....proud to say he never did steroids, he was all old school

  • Mr.Perfect never did steroids ??

  • Mr. Perfect should of gotten his big push. Him and Rude could of been two of the greatest heel this business has ever seen. Fuck you Hogan! Holding back talent.

  • Jim Ross used to talk a lot faster and higher pitched. The Bell's Palsy must have affected his speech. Classic match.

  • My two favorite WWE superstars of all time!

  • i like mr.perfect,he was a great wrestler

  • mr perfect had a bad back here i believe.

two of the best wrestlers here and dynamite kid was awesome too.

and the million dollar man could never ever outclass these two these are real shoot wrestlers

  • Actually the million dollar man was VERY accomplished technically, both his parents were wrestlers and he had been doing it for a very long time.

  • @ demonicature, mr perfect actually had the bad back in their SummerSlam '91 match. He came back from his back injury in early '93 so he was actually healthier in this match than he was in that one. Still tho, he never was the same. Shame too.

  • they were huge legends R.I.P mr perfect

  • Damn....Perfect had the best dropkicks i've ever seen other then The Rock's dad "Rocky Johnson"

  • I didnt pick up on this match until reading Bret's book. Glad I did. Both these guys had the talent to make other wrestlers look good, put them together and its .... "absoloutely perfect"!

  • @alpooshoes I'd say Excellence of Perfection ^_^

  • @alpooshoes I read the book as well! This is a great wrestling match.

  • booker .t. and chris bennoit. best of 5 series. remember that?

  • whos the 3rd commentaor on this?? i cna make out macho an heenan but havent got a clue for the 3rd

  • It's Old School Jim Ross

  • The third Commentator is Jim Ross.

  • This was the last great match I remember. I tuned out after the mid 90's, since I could see what was coming in the WWF. CRAP

Anyway this right up there with the Steamboat V.s Savage match back in the 80's.

Perfect and Hart where the greatest of that generation, and far superior than what is out there today. I am glad too see in the recent years that the WWE is reviving and recognizing its classic past.

And I am curious. who was the heel and who was the face in this match.

  • It was a Face vs Face match.

  • There were plenty of Monday Night Wars matches on both ends of the spectrum worth watching (Benoit vs Milenko stands out in my head at the moment), in my opinion. But this is a really good match, for sure.

  • for life wrestling fan even though i havnt watched since about 1999. bret hart and mr perfect had the two best theme songs... bret hart always best there is best there was, best there ever will be.

  • i think bret looked up to mr perfect

  • Best match ever

  • i played a hockey tournament at the nutter center in high school! no fucking way, never would've known they wrestled there. classic, classic match.

  • One of my all time favorite matches ever. Thanks for uploading.

  • 9:02

GODDDDDDDDDDAMNN!!! LOL what does bret weigh 10lbs on that one?? shht, lmao

  • 2:48

    "...THIS is wrestling!"

kids..listen to what the brains saying...wwe is shit today

  • chuuch
