@Geoff12052 My dad also has a 2003 Saturn Vue with this motor.... Fairly quick, but the intake gasket went twice in the first year that we owned it. And if you stomp on it too often or put a lot of milege on it, the valves will get loud and make a knocking noise.

i have the 2004 l300 with the same engine the best iv 0-60 in is 6.8 sec with the car almost out of gas to save wieght

Well I know this engine is NOT a turbo, but I've heard this is the same engine from the 9-5, and the Cadillac Catera.
