royale is actually the windows xp theme that comes with media center edition, and its called energy blue. After Microsoft stopped people from sharing the energy blue theme with non media center operating systems, people renamed it royale and continued to share it.

I do NOT Recommend the Vista Inspirat 2 theme, as it is a "BricoPack" and can make your computer VERY slow. I had a Mac OS X Leopard BricoPack theme, and my computer was deadbeat slow.

Right click the My Computer Icon and click properties. on the properties box select advanced tab. Under Performance click on Settings. In the visual effects tab there will be three button. the first option is by default on. Click on the second option '...for best appearance' then click ok.
