I was in the 2nd car at the light (turning lane). I called 911. My husband went to see if he could help. The pedestrian did not move and was rushed to the hospital while we spoke with police. This was truly the most horrible thing I've ever seen. None of us are exempt from things like this. It could happen to any one at any time. I'm shocked at how insensitive some people can be. Perhaps it is because they think this is fake...it isn't. This is REAL and every person there was forever changed.

i think it's fake. the guy was added in. even if the the PT Cruiser didn't run the red light, the guy still would have been hit by the car going in the other direction. if you're going to jaywalk on a wide street like that, you have to be looking. therefore i think the guy was digitally added in.
@ooo000oo00o0 Look at it again closely. He wouldn't have been hit by the car going the other direction, it looks like it's 3 lanes wide and after it was hit + flipped it moved over at least 1 to the right, guy would have been safe if the accident didn't happen.

He was no fool......you cannot out run a car that was propelled on to you at 45 mph ....It was just a really bad situation....Even when he heard the impact at 0:07...take a look you'll see he could do nothing......ever try to dodge a bullit ? Oh one more thing go tell his mother her kid was a fool....YOU PRICK !
That guy actually survived. Someone must have been watching over him because the SUV hit him where the huge impact dent was so the SUV didnt crush him.
This is why I get to the other side quickly.
