Sounds like the Christians and their loudspeakers were around near the station there. I'd bet they'd be able to recruit more folks if their loudspeaker guy didn't talk in such a monotonous and authoritarian voice… and maybe if they didn't have such sour looks on their faces. But I guess if I had to stand out in nearly freezing weather holding a loudspeaker on a pole which droned the same message over and over for hours on end, it'd be tough for me to smile too.

When you get there, All you need to do is fine a house, and make sure the people you make business in getting that house can speak English. As time passes, learn the language, the culture, meet people.. And thats it... Congrats, You're now a Citizen. God Bless.
