I wish there was an another way to thank you rather then just typing it. Thank you so much !!! Hope might God gets back to you and do to u something you really love or help you out.
Turbelence is nature. Just like how the sun comes up, and the trees grow. They definetely don't hurt. Peope think that turbelence make the plane go upside down or something, well that's just stupid shit, lol really it is. Nothing to scare of but still it's difficult to learn it to people. People are scared of crashing or flying because: 1. you fly so high 2. There's nothing around you, empty, only air. Soo.... well that's it :)
Its not fear of flying, ITS FEAR OF CRASHING! I tride this on a bloke that was scared on my last flight, we had turbulance and he was well scared, so I thought I'll help him out, I started tapping him and he punched me full in the face, one good thing, while we were grappling in the isle, he forgot he was scared, nice one. We're both in prison now for jepardising the aircraft, only 3 months to go. He's sharing a cell with me and he looks a bit scared at the mo, think I'll go and give him a tap.
Thats made me feel better thanks. When we are doing a nose dive into the ocean at 9000 miles per hour, I'll be tapping my face while everyone around me will be screaming at the tops of their voices. Respect.
Initially, I felt ridiculas just WATCHING this. However, it did not feel silly doing it and relaxed me greatly.
I fly next week and am doing this excercise daily to help relieve the anxiety and stress that I normally experiance while flying....which is extreme terror and impending death!!!
@nursewendy I'm the same and I've done a 13,000foot skydive. I am petrified of flying and I've flown all over the world. I 'm off to Barbados on business on Saturday and I'm already picturing the pilot running up and down the isle shouting, we're gunna crash, we're gunna crash. Dam those planes.
I did a roundtrip flight which all in all ended up being 4 flights due to connections.
i'm totally surprised and very relieved that even though there were a little bit of bad weather on one flight, and a fair amount of turbulence on one of the others, I did not feel any fear at all.

i'm totally surprised and very relieved that even though there were a little bit of bad weather on one flight, and a fair amount of turbulence on one of the others, I did not feel any fear at all.

I watched this video twice and followed along.
I used to feel sick thinkin of flying in turbulence! I don't know what happened? Now the fear is gone!
Can this be for real? Does this mean I won't be afraid when I fly??
