did you see the movie? her "tests" weren't tests they were traps. In Kramer's (Jigsaw's) tests you can actualy escape with your life. Nobody except for Dr. Gordon, Agent Perez, Hoffman, Morgan, Brit, Mallik, Simone, Addy and Emily survive Jigsaws traps but they are escapable.

I think that Im in the minority, I actually LOVE amanda. I wish they wouldve made her the heroine in the series instead of evil. it would've been better if she had lived on part 3, and been put in the "new" jigsaw's game with the others like on saw 2, only this time she'd be playing the game for real. I think saw 4 fell short b/c there was no amanda,she made the saw movies to me,its kinda crappy that the 1st person to survive,dies in a sequel.I hate it when they kill the soul survivor in sequels

amanda seemed like a bit of an idiot to me, but i'm actually glad she survived anyway. i was expecting her to die like everyone else and it was a pleasent shock when she survived :]

Sadly at this point, we've seen it all before, so now it's all about the suspense, and the films still pull that off nicely. Good movies. We did a SAW marathon for my cousin's birthday. I've seen some of these saw videos, and parts of the movie, but i think these movies are just plain disturbed. I mean how wants to make a movie about a person killing other people? The mastermind behind all this, Jigsaw (I forget his real name,) has a brain tumor, and is going to die soon. The people his boobie traps kill all don't appreciate life. The only survivor, Amanda, who had to dig a key out of her live boyfriend to prevent her head from being ripped apart, is the only survivor in the whole series and is his apprentice.

Truth be told sometimes Jigsaw don't make sense. In the Third he 'punish' Amanda for not following his rule, making people mere victim, but aren't Adam and Dr-Gordon victim as well? I mean it is clear in the 1st that after cuting his foot, he couldn't get anywere without bleeding to death...

Regardless, I think the SAW serie rock and I can't wait for the 5th!

What do you mean? it was the whole plot twist and probably the most intance part of the movie when it is revealed that since she didn't play by the rule, she was elliminated.

Plus you can't expect a slightly normal person to perfectly follow rules regarding other peoples lives without their emotion to get involved. John don't have amotion(or he have some but keeps it apart from his 'work')
