thats bullshit, Bush Sr.'s approval rating during all of 1992 from March onward was way below 50%, an incumbent party has never returned to the White House in such conditions. Clinton was defeating Bush even by a bigger amount before Perot returned to the race. Perot was a pro-choice pro-gay anti-NAFTA candidate, which shows many of his voters were closer to Clinton than Bush. Exit polls disprove perot as a spoiler anyway.
