  • Oh hai! Have you heard about the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my sister lost insane amounts of weight.

  • HEY!!!!!!! not trying to be weird, this is the first time i have ever seen you, and i must say you are a very beautiful woman!

  • hey great workout, please answer> how long do you have to do this untill u see results? :)

  • @cheeseytoast97 Hi, you will feel results quickly. Probably 1-2 to see results unless you have a lot of excess body fat to lose in which case it may take longer.

  • How long do we hold it?

  • how heavy should the weights be? I would think if they are too heavy, that would create a more bulk muscle, not a nice streamline/long one like yours.

  • @metformin65 Hi, this exercise is performed without weights.

  • Cheers I have a little bit that I couldn't get rid of when I got my 6pac thanks!-3!

  • Thank you so much. You are very sweet throughout your video which really kept me listening. I have the upper back fat problem around the bra area as well as another person commented on here. hopefully this will all work. Thank you! :)

  • PLEASE ANSWER ME > . i have six pack but my lower back has alot of fat its weird , i think its because of my genes but do you think i can get rid that fat by doing this please answer me . thnx great workout btw .

  • @4200224 Hi, yes you can. This is great for toning the lower back area. You should also consider doing cardio exercise to help burn excess calories and fat. Shoot for at least 30 minutes 3-4 times a week any exercise that gets your heart rate up and you moving and sweating. I have two great 10-minute cardio workout videos for you to try that you can do right in your own home.

  • @YouTips4U thnx really appreciated

  • @YouTips4U Hello... I suppose this vid is mainly for women, but I have sort of a problem! :p I m a male in my 20s and I exercise regularly ( 6 times a week).. I have developed my six pack and a generally toned up muscle system...I still have some fat around my waist though, although my BMI is low..it is really weird cuz it's just like love handles I guess.. slightly noticeable when I wear swimwear or nothing at all, but when my belt is tightened, I know they are there!

    Thank you

  • I love feeling my heartbeat when I take a rest.

  • I'm a pretty thin person, but I think i may have a little bit of upper back fat (the area around the blades, where the bra would squeeze). Any exercises for that? I'm worried that I'm getting fat around that area.

  • @wuzzupl Hi, this video is actually great for that. You also want to do upper body exercises such as pushups. I also recommend using dumbbells to do flies, and chest press exercises. That will tone and strengthen the muscles in that area. You should also do cardio exercise 3-4 times a week to help burn calories and shed excess fat. People have different areas where they accumulate their access fat, the back or bra area is a common place for many women. A healthy diet and exercise really helps.

  • Thank you! My confidence of weight loss has just been boosted:)

  • Thank you so much for these videos darlin :) They are all amazing and I thank you so very much for all of them :)

  • I like this video purely because your not some Mr Olympia freaks

  • your a milf ;)

  • Hello dear,

I'm wondering if there's an exercise that focus only on my waist and helps make it smaller without losing my curves?

    looking forward for ur answer!!

  • @NejmaG1 Hi, yes, please see my video called Great Abs/Obliques Exercise for Small Waist.

  • Lol looks fun

  • nice video. i dont have pretty much time to hit the gym. home workout will help me through it. keep me posted n updated. i need all these exercises. =)

  • It's works and I can totally feel it :D

  • TY, i hope to be successful at this and look forward to the outcome:)

one more thing do you think this would work for someone over 39 who had 4 children?

  • Hi, of course this will work on someone 39 years young :o)

  • Hi, of course this will work on someone 39 years young :o)

  • TY, i hope to be successful at this and look forward to the outcome:)

  • I don't recommend this exercise after meals! Feeling a bit sick now

  • Planking 2.0 ;D

  • Hi, that is true. You can still build muscle even though there is a layer of fat covering it. To lose the layer of fat, you need to eat a healthy portion controlled diet and do regular exercise, especially cardio exercise.

  • @LaNanurXxX if you allow me to answer this, i've read about this too and that's why if you want to get into shape, you don't only exercise but you also need to have a diet, one that helps reduce fats. :)

  • nice who guess planking was workout no lol

  • This so works

  • we call this superman lol

  • hahaha keep clicking 4 lol haha

  • yur sexxyy

  • PLANKING!

  • Go swimming! :D

  • Is this going to make me lose my butt??

  • simple and effective. thank you =)

  • nice video

  • we would lose alot of calories doing that

  • Hi, how long does it take for results to show up if I do this everyday, and I'm not a big eater usually, I really need to lose my love handles as soon as possible.

  • hi i am a new subscriber do you have any workouts for your upper back? i really want to get a strong back and maybe some nice muscles back there. thanks!

  • Hi, please see my push ups video and my arm exercises video. You can use dumbbells to work back muscles.

  • You are awesome!! Im sweating trying all of your different exercises!!:) Thank you!!

  • milf

  • I think one thing should be noted though that doing this exercise if you have a bad back aggravates the lower back, discs and really hurts.

  • do you do this and do you do anything else for love handles

  • Hi, yes I do this and I also do an ab routine 3-4 times a week that contains exercises that work my obliques. For more on that please see my videos on ab exercises that target your oblique muscles.

  • I'd love to join you on the floor

  • This will not make you lose fat. If you want to lose love handles go for a walk

  • wait....3 days a week for how many weeks

  • Hi, I would make it a regular part of your exercise routine, because once you achieve your desired results, you'll want to maintain that area.

  • Thank you! I will try this... Positive this will work! I'm willing to try anything to have a smaller waste and to get rid of my love handles.

  • How many days a week should I do this?

  • hi, three is fine.

  • Hey is this also going to help with back fat???

  • Hi, yes it does. It helps to tone that area. I also recommend oblique work for your abs and cardio exercise to burn excess fat and calories.

  • I was told that contracting my abs and lower back muscles has no effect on the fat surrounding those muscles....is that true?

  • Hi, fat covers muscle. When you contract and strengthen your muscles, they do respond by getting stronger. As you shed excess fat, your toned muscles become more visible. Your muscles also help to pull excess skin in.

  • @YouTips4U thank you for your short video's. You explain things very nicely and I appreciate your time. I'm making a playlist regarding the subject of love handle exercises to perform beside my regular weight lifting regimen. I'll be looking for more from you. MIG

  • Niiiiiicccccceeeee

  • Dayum, hot ass milf

  • Some people say that doing exercise doesn't work for getting rid of fat...

  • Thanks, abs & back fat are my problem areas. I will definitely do these.

  • do these excercises work for guys as well?

  • Absolutely! Men have an even greater tendency toward bad backs, so this is very important for them.

  • w0uld it w0rk if you just d0 it for about a week.

    im tryinq to l00s3 weight i weigh 142 ive b33n d0inq exercises i just want to kn0w.

    w0ould it w0rk for about a w33k r3ply thnxz!!!!

  • Lucky for me, I don't have love handles and I have a flat stomach, but my SO have them and he's a guy (lol) Maybe this will help.

  • Hi, I'm going to try this exercise, but I'm wondering if it'll work because I have just a bit of bad fat on my upper back (around my bra) nothing dramatic, but I know you have to get rid of the fat first, then tone..

so im wondering if I could do this, in addition to working out 2-3 times a week? would it work sufficiently? or would it just add muscle to my fat? ;[

  • Hi, nothing to worry about. You will not add muscle to your fat. Muscle is underneath your fat layers. This exercise will definitely benefit you as well as cardio exercise to help burn fat and calories.

  • @KamiWaYoi2011

I used to have that I had a website online for many years to loose weight

the best exercise is to work your back...with push-ups, and swimming.

    Hope this helps :)

  • you have an amazing bum! Any vids on bum exercises??

  • Hi, yes I do. please check out my exercise videos on my channel.

  • This is really personalised and helpfull! :) You're a really encouraging "trainer". ;p

  • amazing workout...

  • Thanks so much with this! :D I needed all the tips I can get. The things I do for my boyfriend sometimes lol.. I mean I am doing it for mysel as well.. but to feel sexy I wanna lose weight. Anyways... thanks :)

  • Awh...thanks so much. im definitely going to try this one. looking at u i reckon this is gonna work..

  • hehe you said "butt cheeks"

It's so cute hear after all the other trainers say "buttocks".

  • It seems as if when I do back exercises my lower is the only part that gets toned. I really would like to tone up the bra strap area/lat muscles...suggestions pleas!!! :-0

  • Hi, you would definitely benefit from weight lifting for that area. I also recommend push ups and of course cardio exercise several times a week to help burn excess fat that can accumulate in the bra strap area on some people.

  • Hey, im 22 and had a baby a 6 months ago! I gained 100 plus pounds. Ive lost about. 60 pounds. Im seeing good results from my own home work out, but im having huge problems with love handles and lower back. i workout for 15- 30 min at least four days a week, i was wondering if u have any more lower back/love handle workouts?

  • Hi, a consistent ab workout will help with your lower back and love handles as well as continued cardio exercise. You may want to try upping your cardio workout time to 30-40 minutes because as you get fitter, your body gets used to your routine and sometimes needs a little extra umph to get more out of your calorie burning. It helps to keep your body challenge. You're doing a fabulous job; be patient because it will happen with commitment and consistency.

  • @YouTips4U thankyou.!:)

  • about how long do you think i should do these tips daily? til i reach my goal or it shows improvement? b/c my waist is 34 inches around and id like it to be 25, respond asap please (: thank you

  • Hi, I do them three times a week and my goal was reached quite a bit ago. Staying in shape is basically maintenance, so once you get to your goal, you should keep on doing the exercises that got you there. No need to do them daily; every other day at the most. If you are trying to reduce your waist, you should also do cardio exercise to help burn calories and excess fat along with spot exercising.

  • you are so fit! you look great :) also you seem like such a wonderful, kind person. bless you <3

  • You're so sweet; thank you for your kind words and support :o)

  • I'm so glad I tried this. I about gave up on losing my love handles. I've been trying for years. I've only been dong this a week and have seen an improvement! It's crazy.

I have a question, what ab exercises would you suggest for someone trying to get rid of a postpartum belly? I've been trying everything (Tae Bo, Pilates, p90x) for a year and a half and I still have a little flab.

  • I know how frustrating it can be to lose pregnancy weight. I did it twice, but you can eventually get your former figure back. You are on the right track so kudos to you. You may need to take your intensity up a notch to challenge your body more.. You don't mention how often you work out. You should be doing 4-5 days a week of cardio. I recommend at least 45 minutes at a high enough intensity that your heart is pumping. Perhaps switch it up and try some of the cardio machines.

  • You also want to do some targeted ab work. I have quite a few videos uploaded on ab routines that I think you will find helpful. Spend at least 10 minutes 3-4 times a week on your abs to strengthen and tone them. If you are looking for a great challenge, please check out my Absolutely Abs Workout Video which is available on my channel for rent through Google. You will definitely see results :o)

  • How long usually until you see a result? I am 17 and I love doing non weight barring exercises, I'm have been doing them every day for about 4 weeks so far, there is A LOT of difference in my obliques, but I still have troubles with my inner thighs and a tiny bit of love handles left! • Hi, I'm sorry I cannot be of more help , but I am not familiar with these conditions nor am I trained in the medical field.

  • how much ab work would you suggest each week to get a flatter stomach??

  • Hi, I would suggest at least 12 minutes of ab work 3-4 times a week. When you have time, please take a look at my new Ab Workout Video available for rent right here on Youtube. I do all the exercise with you step by step. It's very comprehensive and challenging and if you do that video three times a week, I promise you, you will see results :o)

  • Your vids are sooooo GREEAT! =) keep them up and thankyou for all your tips and advice

  • I'm going to try this because I walk 6 miles a day and then do an ab workout but i'm noticing that my love handles are still noticeable... they've shrunk some but I need something that's going to target that specific area. Just subbed! :)

  • I feel like i got really big sides?this will help?

  • I WILL HAVE A GO

  • hi there, I really love watching your excercise videos, they really do get me motivated. However my problem is i never know where to start in terms of a full excercie routine that incorporates all the tips that you have given in your videos. I really want to work on toning my butt, my somach and my arms. I dont really have any eight to lose, but could do with tightening things up a little :) Any advice on what my excercise routine should consist of?

  • I've been doing this exercise for about month now, and I think it's working because my handles are getting smaller (but I can't be certain because I do other ab exercises too). Anyway, yesterday I started doing the exercise and I felt a pain the back of my legs. I was wondering if you think stretching would help.

  • Hi, yes stretching would definitely help. It sounds like you have tight hamstrings or perhaps you pulled them doing another exercise.

  • Wow you are just so sweet and nice to listen to. You're easy to follow and that is something I really appreciate, and your execises work. I think you might be the next work-out-at-home guru. :0)

  • I was just wondering if you could please tell me if walking/running burns more calories than riding your bike? I appreciate your answer! :D

  • HI, it depends on the intensity. If you coast a lot while riding your bike, then walking and running would be better. If you really pedal and hit the hills if you can, then running and cycling would burn more than walking for the same time period on each of them.

  • @YouTips4U Thanks so much for your response! I hope you don't mind me asking another question! :) I heard the other day someone say that if you eat healthy 6 days of the week to give yourself a break and pig out on the 7th. Is this a good idea? I'm not too sure about it!

  • Hi, I really don't believe in that whole total pig out thing. Why ruin 6 great days of eating. I think it's fine to treat yourself every day so you don't feel deprived. Binge eating is never good. We all overeat sometimes, but I wouldn't intentionally plan on living that way as part of a diet. It's much better to eat sensibly and satisfyingly every day. If you want a treat, go ahead and have it in moderation and as part of a well balanced diet.

  • @YouTips4U That's exactly what I thought! I just wanted to get your view on this!

  • she looks so cute wen she "flutters" lol

  • I did this in middle school and hateded it but it works

  • I just did this and it felt great so I'm gonna keep doing this one too. Thanks again for a great tip hun

  • I dont feel any strain on my lower back just on my legs. What am I doing wrong?

  • Hi, you are not doing anything wrong. This exercise does work your leg muscles as well.

  • Hi ,

I think your video's are really good :)

Im a large girl trying to shape her body but i havent tried this but i have tried your video on having a smaller waist and oblique ects, with the weights. ive been doing it but i doesnt seem..well.. i cannot feel it working ? Am i not doing it right ? help me , thanks x

  • Hi, form is very important. Are you doing the exercises with correct form? For best results, you should work your abs every other day or at least 3 times a week. Do them in a slower and more controlled manner to make sure you are not relying on momentum to the exercise.

  • i have a question, since you have to get your feet off the floor, will there be any benefit if you add some weight on the feet?

  • Hi, great question. I wouldn't add the weights because you don't want to put too much weight on your lower back muscles in this position. Always protect your lower back whenever possible; it's such a sensitive area and prone to straining.

  • does this actually work???

  • Hi, it sure does :o)

  • Very good channel, this exercise is great and I'll do it.

    Nice, elegant instructor.

  • thnks again

  • thnks again

  • Very useful tip. Thanks.

  • Yey...supermans! Great video! You made me put the supermans into my next workout. These are great.

"Offtopic" question: do you/ or anyone here know any exercise to acually build a rounder, fuller butt? Mine isn't big, but is kinda flat. Any suggestions? Thanks

  • awesome...thank you so much!!!!!

you're so great to share your beauty secrets ;)

    <3 your videos!

  • You're so welcome! It's my pleasure. I love helping others stay motivated!

  • Thanks for the tip, ill try this and see if it works :)

  • This looks like reverse abs exercise, I like it. I will certainly ask my tutor about it.

  • Hi! :) is this a good exercise to relieve lower back pains? Tnx! :)

  • Hi, yes, it helps to strengthen your lower back and core which definitely helps prevent back pain and injuries.

  • my goodness woman, you make it look like cake :)

  • thanks i'll try this!! you always have such great tips =]]]]

  • just out of curiosity who is filming you?

  • hi. is there way to lose my upper back fat. so like when i wear i dress or bra it doesnt bulge out?

  • @hyuf32 Hi, this exercise will definitely help you with that. You also need to do cardio exercise to help burn excess calories and lose excess fat. That is probably an area that your body accumulates excess fat. If you lose weight with cardio exercise and tone your muscles with this exercise and I have others that will help, you will see a significant improvement in that area.

  • @YouTips4U thank you so much. what other one do you have that would help me inprove it in that area. can you give me the links please :)

  • Hi, I have quite a few. The best thing to do so you can pick and choose would be to go to my channel page and type in the word oblique into the search bar on the left side of the page above my video list. All the videos I have uploaded that help your obliques will pop up for you.

  • Great tip :)

  • Thanks again for a great tip! I need to incorporate this into my workout regiment! I always look forward to your great videos!

  • How does that exercise help get rid of fat?
