  • Why don't evangelicals just write GOD on the ballot and put an X beside it?

  • Nora O'Donnel is so freakin' hot.

  • Politicians are just like the media, they support whatever the biggest voting/watching demographic of the public wants, no matter how crazy or useless, simply because they consistently vote/watch.

  • "Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful."

    - Lucius Annaeus Seneca

  • Of course Republicans don't care about evangelicals. And guess what. Heres another shocker..democrats don't care about blacks or hispanics either. Politicians only care about their constituents to the degree that they will help them get elected. Once they have outlived their usefulness they are cast off. This is why we need to stop putting our faith in political saviors and start voting for people with more modest agendas. RIght now often those people aren't making it out of the primaries

  • Tucker Carlson - the honest conservative. We all knew there was one somewhere.

  • @KapitanoStuff He says he is not your typical conservative. He supported libertarian Ron Paul in 1988 and 2008. As a libertarian myself, I agree government should be a last resort on many issues.

  • @RealTime88

IME, most libertarians oppose government involvement in people's lives, but go vague about corporate involvement, and in practice support it. Ron and Rand Paul are the kind of libertarians who support whoever has power at the time - in other words, conservatives in a thin disguise.

  • @KapitanoStuff Yes I know they do. Rand Paul doesn't seem to like Obama though. Now I am a libertarian but I support gay rights across the board. hate crimes for gays, gay marriage, gay rights. And Tucker here is right, these conservatives are only using that platform for no gay rights to get votes from the Evangelical assholes.

  • @KapitanoStuff You're really stupid. Both Pauls hate corporatism!! Watch more youtube vids of them and you'll see it, dummy!! And they are the most open and honest members of Congress! Stop inventing lies!

  • @kickyerass or actually read news articles and books lol not just youtube videos

  • There is a different between teaching someone right from wrong and governing people.

  • just keep throwing the cult members drug war profits and they wont mind insults

  • Jesus Christ returning May 21, 2011 4 Judgment. Ready? Or troubled like Herod and all the people of Jerusalem when the Magi came to Jerusalem seeking Christ?

  • Wonder what Coulter would think of Tucks comment. You cant tell who the real ann is

  • Conservatice leaders have nothing but contempt for evangelicals because they blindly vote for Republicans. No Republican at a national level has ever made any progreses at attempting to get on the table things that evangelicals think are important. If evangelicals had any independent intelligence to think for themselves they would try and form a third party; they wouldn't get far, but they could get somebody elected. As it is they are sated with promises and chachkies, instead of results.

  • Golf clap for Tucker

  • Wow, didn't see that one comin.

I never thought I'd hear such honesty come out of that guys mouth.

    .

  • LOL! Im surprised with that honesty too

  • @semperfi063 hey, he was spotted at a dark star orchestra show, he must have some good in him lol

  • Wait until 2012.

    Mitt the Mormon

    Sarah of Ark

    Huck the Huckster

    Jindal the Catholic via Hinduism

They will NOT be nice to each other. No need to worry about liberals and the media. Blood will flow

  • it will be so fun to watch, like gladiators

  • Yeah FUCK republicunts

  • lol, so clever,

  • @MidnightChimes Love it!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MidnightChimes Bobby Jindal is such a house... Paki?

You know what I mean. He was one of those types where the Europeans came to colonize the country and he adopts Brit culture in order to be accepted by the new masters.

    God, I can't stand him or D'Souza.

Guys, have some god damn dignity. And yeah, it'll be hilarious.

  • Despite the Christian messiah Bush's claim that "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice..er, ...duh,..can't get fooled again", the one other sure thing in this world besides death and taxes is that you can fool Christians over and over again. And even when they catch you, all you have to do is ask for forgiveness, and start the process of fooling them all over again. :) It's worked for 2000 years and there's always a Swaggart or Bush around the corner to do it again.

  • I couldn't have said it better. One thing I will add is the hilarity of their constant threat of dissing the republican party if it doesn't show enough hatred for the gay community and "baby killers." My question is this: who the fuck else would pander to these pieces of shit?

  • They only recruited Sarah Palin for Vice President because the Fundies were threatening to not vote at all. They were the only real solid voting bloc that the Republicans had left.

  • zeitgeistmoviedotcom

  • Interesting to hear Tucker Carlson say this about the religous base of the Republican party, but the fact remains, he is still a shill for the Bush administrator and a snot nosed little fascist.

  • I agree with everything but the snot-nosed.

  • The film is 2 hours long, and can be found by clicking on the second vide on the site.

  • Jesus is Sol Invictus, "the Unconquered Sun," the Light of the World, who stands against the works of darkness.

He is ultimately based on the Egyptian myth of Horus, the Light of Day, who battles against Set, the Darkness of Night. During the day Horus triumphs over Set before Set conquers Horus and sends him to the Underworld, bringing in the night.

    Set, Set, Set... Satan.

  • Christianity is a celebration of the Sun.

Jesus Christ is the Sun in the age of Pisces, Ichthys, that delineated time according to the Gregorian Calendar. He died on the Winter Solstice, traveled around with Twelve Constellations of the ancient pagan Zodiac, die, and was reborn at the Vernal Equiox or Easter.

He is worshiped on Dies Solis, Sunday.

All religions and their popular denominations are power structures based on the pagan cultures they wiped out.

  • True. They went from female worship, to male.

  • That is to say, Christianity is modeled entirely after the adoration of the Sun.

  • Sir Francis Bacon, the Rosicrucian, wrote the Bible for the paedophile, King James.

  • are you high? If nothing else there's plenty of proof that the bible is way older than that.

  • Really?

    Where is this proof exactly?

The practice of worshiping the Sun is the first and most ancient religion in human history, dating from well before 5,000 years ago.

  • "Where is this proof exactly?"

um, I fail to understand how you can even ask that question. You might question exactly who wrote the bible or the precise year in which it was written but there's have been countless texts including translations of christian scripture discovered that are much older than that. Also christianity has been a part of history for longer than that and you can read about that it pretty much every history book ever written.

  • but how is this even relevant and what does the sun god have to do with anything?

I suggest challenge atheism itself and you launch only a feeble attack on a few mainstream religions.

I'm not a fan of religion anyway. If you want to convince me you'll have to challenge theism and spirituality themselves.

  • It is mythology, all of it.

And I am not an Atheist, I am a Deist.

"The Christian religion is a parody on the worship of the Sun in which they take a man called Christ, put him in place of the Sun, and pay him the adoration originally paid to the Sun."

    -Thomas Paine.

  • "It is mythology, all of it."

I would not believe that so easily but it makes little difference to me. It would seem I jumped to conclusions in deciding you were atheist. I have no problem with deists. I get irritated by the arrogance and disrespect of atheists so I often try to knock some sense into them.

Deist would simply mean that you believe in god though would it not? it says nothing else about your beliefs

  • Sorry about that.

Yes, Deism propounds that a Creator created the universe and bound it together by universal laws, which men can discover for the benefit of humanity. Religion is fine but the great religious institutions are veiled oligarchies predicated on power, manipulation, and domination.

  • Sorry for that.

But will you do me a favor?

Go to Zeitgeistmovie _ com. The Film is entitled Zeitgeist.

It is absolutely the most important movie anyone will ever see in their life, and it explains what religions really are, how the world is run, who owns the Federal Reserve which prints our money, September 11th, international banking cartels, and more.

  • I'll promise to check it out if you'll get some background info on it and tell me it's not a baseless conspiracy thing

  • The most important part of the film is the part concerning the Federal Reserve Central Bank, which is a private bank, not Federal.

It is definitely not baseless. The Federal Reserve is owned by the Rothschild controlled Bank of England, and today Americans pay taxes to the Queen of England through the IRS. No joke.

  • Scheissegeist is more like it.

When will you fucking ignorant mental midgets stop spewing that crap?

  • 66% of US water is fluoridated with Industrial Waste. I wonder if evangelicals care that their turpid water is no longer potable.

    Stupid Plebeians will drink anything.

    One World Government.

  • wow....tucker is actually a pretty brilliant speaker.

  • one for tucker....i think i almost like him now..

  • I can't beleive that I'm agreeing with tucker here.

  • true words

  • ufo nut jobs and religious nut jobs have one thing in common MENTAL ILLNESS

  • Christian evangelists and Muslim extremists have one thing in common, they are undoubtedly the most spiritually sick and appallingly vile human beings alive. They feed their delusions and many lost followers with their own brand of immoral, corrupt, home grown teachings of wickedness and deceit. They call themselves "righteous" and say they're doing god's work and are filled with their own ignorance. They continually misguide others by quoting verses from a book (Bible) -- pure IGNORANCE.

  • Christianity is based on pagan Sun Worship though.

  • Where's the bowtie? And oh, I love the phrase "the gay lifestyle," because all gays live exactly the same way.

  • I don't think that is what is meant by "the gay lifestyle" I think they mean the more general practices such as anal sex between two men. Evangelicals condemn this because of a passage in the old Test. Of course, the same area of the Bible says you can't wear two different kinds of threads and you must stone people that work on the Sabbath but for some reason they don't care about that.

  • "everbody in our world has contempt for the evangelicals" .... uhhhh how can he get away with saying that?? Christians are insulted and patronized by the media and no seems to care, but they are afraid to show Fitna which actually contains facts, and video footage. The double Standard people, look for it and you find it everywhere..

  • It's mythology, folks.

    Astrological myths.

The god of the Old Testament is the Planet Saturn. And the God of the New Testament is the Sun. Thus

Jewish people worship on Saturnsday. And Christians worship on Sunday. Dies Solis, the Day of the Sun.

  • obvious troll is obvious

  • No, not a troll.

I accidentally posted that comment twice though. I would not be so uncouth as to make glaring determinations without proper cause.

  • you can think that if you will, but if god suddenly appeared before you with fire and lightning everywhere and told you something in a booming voice you'd probably believe real quick despite any amount of evidence against.

Few people experience something so dramatic, but spiritual experiances of some sort are not rare at all. You won't be convincing many people with that.

  • Which God?

Brahma, Amun, YHWH, Quetzacoatl, Serapis, Shiva, Poseidon, or Horus?

  • what difference does it make? and couldn't it be easily argued that they are all different understandings of the same being?

  • No, interestingly it is not the same being, and they differ in character and temperment.

Judaism and Islam are religions that developed from the ancient pagan cult of the Planet Saturn whilst Christianity developed from the pagan worship of the Sun. No matter how far these religions distance themselves from their pagan traditions, the pagan symbolism is still obvious.

  • "they differ in character and temperament."

not really the point. The idea here is generally that human beings have some sort of connection to the supernatural from which they can gleam hints about god or the nature of the universe, but humanity is unable to fully see or comprehend such things so there are different interpretations.

Obviously many religions involve fear and believing in things just because it makes life easier to do so, but I do believe that people are sensing *something*

  • "Judaism and Islam are religions that developed from the ancient pagan cult of the Planet Saturn whilst Christianity developed from the pagan worship of the Sun."

I don't profess to have much education on the subject but that sounds rather hard to believe. At the very least it is clear that christianity did not come from pagan religions but from judaism

  • It's mythology, folks.

    Astrological myths.

The god of the Old Testament is the Planet Saturn. And the God of the New Testament is the Sun. Thus Jewish people worship on Saturnsday. And Christians worship on Sunday. Dies Solis, the Day of the Sun.

  • Evangelicals have nothing to do with jesus

they are so evil and anti christian

They act as if all they care about is their faith when all their actions indicate that all they care about is power.

  • Evangelicals are the true power of America. We can destroy all other groups. And Jesus will lead us into heaven.

  • lol

  • LOL! there goes the nutjobs :D

  • Read some scientific books, watch videos about astronomy, evolution, chemistry, biology. This is the antidote against Christian dogma which doesn't solve anything.

  • Tucker made a living for the first 6 years of the Bush administration defending these asinine views and now after all that he decides to take the high road by playing captain obvious. Fuck him!

  • Chris the shitass. Why doesn't he tell Americans the truth about 9/11? Google 'Bertha Champagne'. Google 'Marvin Bush' and note his ties to 9/11 security, locations and companies. Google 'Real ID', the new 'e-passport'. Our government taking our freedom away based on lies and terror they themselves have created. A satan worshipper in the White House, implementnig his New World Order. They should all be hanged for treason along with Chris, the shitass. The media is full of shitasses.

  • i think i remember that one of the former leaders of the faith-based initiative promoting office(can't remember department) also said the adminstration had been using evangelicals

  • I think what he meant was that the leaders of the republican party were using them not the bottom.

  • As much as I dislike Carlson, you gotta give him respect for telling things how they are.

  • Tucker Carlson actualy speaking the truth for once. Weird...

  • Tucker gets paid to talk.

  • I wonder how long it will be before the evangelical, socially conservative electorite stops allowing the fiscally conservative, damn-the-torpedos wing of the party to determine the course. I foresee a schism in the near future - before 2012, at any rate.

  • Apparently Tucker has undergone some kind evolution since his days on crossfire... I like it.

  • I thought this was a secular country. If any one should feel scared or threatened it should be the 8 to 10 million muslims whom the evangelicals think are "violent and wicked." Freedom of religion? I hope we dont get freakin' lynched

  • blah blah blah

  • 2 Cor 3:3

The word of god is no longer written on paper but on your heart. (disregard Josh 1:8 and burn this book)

  • He's right, that the evengelical leaders don't share thier values, so why don't they ask why the leaders are broadcasting the message!!!Carlson..not sure who he is but i'm going to check him out...

  • Carlson is on the money. This is just another in the long list of reasons to vote for Ron Paul. He DOES NOT PANDER.

  • Agreed. Real Christian evangelicals will vote for Ron Paul to prevent secularists from passing legislation to remove their religious rights, and in turn the Church will have no basis to impose its beliefs on those who dissent resulting in backlash votes for leftist Democrats. Christians should watch this clip: /watch?v=fRruoNTnzvk

  • Who has ever threatened to take the religious rights of Christians away?

  • tucker is a smart man

  • motherfucker carlson!!!

  • Professor Dawkins... I would rather listen to Professor Dawkins than these religious zealots.

  • Tucker has always been cool, and always held the same views. If you find yourself warming up to the things he's saying, it's YOU who are changing, not him. He was fun to watch and listen to long before his support for Paul, he's the best conservative/liberatian pundit on television imo.

  • Is it just me or is Tucker not sucking balls like he used to?

  • Even shakespear adressed in his plays the contempt and hate the rulling class has over the people they rule.

  • i still don't like you carlson.

    choke and die

  • I'm not so sure Tucker is 100% right. Do these Republicans SERIOUSLY not hate the idea that gays are getting married and are just using it as a tool for reelection? Seriously?? They seem pretty genuine to me in their words.

  • I really dont think there are many politicians that really respect the people who vote for them. It's all about playing the polling percentages, the only reason they make issues about meaningless shit is because the people do. And the people are concerned with meaningless shit because big business owned media tells them too.

  • well said.

    ...we are so fucking doomed.

  • this appears to be the second occasion in my life where Tucker Carlson is absolutely correct.

  • it seems he's changing, becoming very slightly more realistic.

  • I'm starting to really like Tucker.

  • tucker is good shit, and he likes Ron Paul :)

  • Absolutely. Tucker rocks. I wish I had his show here so I could watch it... omg. Youtube should have a Tucker Carlson channel where they just air his show here on youtube every day.

    Ron Paul 2008!

  • Wow I agree......

  • yeah. it is kinda weird.. and I haven't seen him wear the bow tie since John Stewart kicked his ass on crossfire.

  • wow... crazy... Tucker Carlson is saying something we kinda like for a change.

    weird.

  • fact of the matter is that it is simpler to get the evangelical vote, they have clear beliefs, and have leaders that they follow zealously, if you appeal to these, you get their vote, other communities that are smaller and more diverse are much more complicated. the more evangelicals the better for future administrations to control the country

  • Thats funny. Democrats HATE African-Americans with a passion and only pander to them for votes. But since most Democrats hate Christians they feel the need to lie and spread false-hoods. Honestly Democrats, grow up and step into the real world.

  • I'll agree with Blacks but how are the Dems spreading falsehoods on evangelicals?

  • Oh, please. Democrats do not hate african-americans. Knock it off with that nonsense that the GOP is the party of Christ, and learn the world isn't black and white.

  • There are hypocrites in both parties. Republicans claim to be Christians, yet that have countless scandals. Democrats walk around with Bibles and talk in Churches during elections, yet support homosexuality, abortion, and premarital sex.

  • "Democrats do not hate african-americans."

well, perhaps to a small degree. It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of the powerful white dems were racist deep down.

They certainly have no qualms about using blacks for personal gain though.

Reps and christians or Dems and minorities are the same concept.

  • excellent. all this government shit sucks ass. i hope they all die!!!. and then leave me there wallets. :o)

  • course, without a government that money wouldn't be worth much.

unless you just want the paper?

  • Seems like a little more oxygen is reaching *ucker's brain now that he has removed the bow tie. Guess he decided it wasn't a good idea to dress like an evangelical tent show huckster while deriding the religous wingnut Republicans. I wonder why he didn't mention this manipulation of fundies for the last 6 yrs. Most of us knew this a long time ago.

  • "The wackos get their information through the Christian right, Christian radio, mail, the internet and telephone trees," Scanlon wrote in the memo, which was read into the public record at a hearing of the Senate Indian Affairs Committee. "Simply put, we want to bring out the wackos to vote against something and make sure the rest of the public lets the whole thing slip past them." Google "Abramoff-Scanlon School of Sleaze" for source.

  • You can't trick somebody into being a bigot. You can lay out the bait, but in the end, they are the ones to taking a bite.

  • "You can't trick somebody into being a bigot."

Yeah, because it's magically impossible to lie about the sort of issues someone might be a bigot over.

I'll remember your infomative comments about bigotry the next time I see a Leftist painting their opponents as hatemongers for daring to disagree with their moral betters.

  • God, you're an idiot. I wish everyone just used your tactics for debate. Those tactics being, or course, post something pointless, make an insulting remark, and disappear. Well, I'm using them right now, so all is well!

  • Wow, thanks. In between your ad hominem attack and your wailing about how "pointless" and "insulting" it is for me to expose his ignorance and hypocrisy, I can be certain that you are an "intellectual." I'm sorry I "disappeared" - I don't live on YouTube. Thanks for admitting your own hypocrisy!

  • To expand slightly: 1.) Deception has a long shared history with bigotry. Look up the forgery known as the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion". When you're done, consider why it would be wrong for him to use a filthy stereotype about Christians while claiming to oppose bigotry.
