We are a very compassionate society. This plan does not exclude those who have a disability, which is a very small fraction of the population. This plan is designed to eliminate the inefficiencies of the current system that cannot be sustained without higher taxes. Social Security was designed for people that work for a living not people who live off other people's money. This new plan emancipates woman, blacks and others that have been unfairly sharing in the American Dream.

But this plan still is dependent on people being employeed. More and more are being born with birth defects. More and more are entering into Social Security prematurely.
