@mrtitanium85 well yea i kno i practice alot like i wanna kno like how he practices for his foot i practice with ankle weights doing doubles n triplets on my foot 4 20 min a day n it has helped me

@nathanjcaraballo i know but the thing is everybody has their own method of doing everything. wut i did is i came up with exercise 2 help build my foot speed, hand speed, control, etc. and i work on em everyday. there's really no blueprint...just have 2 mess around with it until u come up with wut works for u. then u use it n exercises. hope that helps
