  • Nope. The people wearing green are Iranians, and also some non-Iranians, who support defeated presidential candidate Moussavi's Green Movement following the June elections. You can hear some of them shouting in Persian: "Zendeh bar Iran" which means "Long Live Iran".

    However, It seems that the Iranian Green Movement in Montreal lost a little bit of the momentum they enjoyed last July as the number of people taking part in demonstrations has dropped significantly.
