Lets say for the sake of argument Dr. Paul knows exactly who the racist idoits are. He's a strict constitutional libertarian at heart. He wouldnt feel the need to offer them up for persecution for exercising their 1st amendment right. As abhorant as such speech is to Dr. Paul, he would recognize that person's right to say it. So if many years ago, when this stuff 1st came out, he settle the offense against his name with the racist fools, its no wonder he feels its water under the bridge.
