  • I purchased the frames on April 12 and put my request to price-match. The frames shipped on May 4 and after repeatedly contacting your company i was told that you did not receive my request to price-match. You refused to do a price-match even though on your website it clearly states that you are able to refund within 15days. I am appalled at the way you treat your international customers.

    The cost of the frames is covered by my insurance, so it's not about the money. It's about principles.
