That was rather a waste of time and energy, going to the wood again, the video stinks, all the pics were blurred, and the bluebells shall be in full swing in a week's time the keeper told me.Nice guy walking his dog. Anyway all, is not lost, cos I saw them for real, and all the splendor of the wood. smashing!
What a fantastic place to chill out, lovely video. Im going back to my favourite wood, to do another video today, and hope that they are still in full swing.
Are those swans or geeze I hear in the background? I love bluebells. I even bought them in the UK to plant them in The Netherlands. Apprently one cannot buy them here...they all get exported. Thanks for this wonderful video!
Thank you. I think they're Canada Geese, but I don't know for sure. I hope your bluebells are doing well in Holland. (This park used to be part of Epping Forest and there's a lost Roman Villa in the grounds somewhere, but no-one can locate it.)
Wanstead Park, just in the wood north-east of the entrance at the top of Wanstead Park Avenue, from the south of the park. Via Warren Road, if you're coming from the north side (also an entrance on Blake Hall Rd).

Must try to get down there while they're still in bloom.

There are a wide variety there, from Dunnocks to Canada Geese, which makes this urban park very special.
